Hu Feng is a unique literary theorist in the history of modern Chinese literary theory.Through his own efforts,he constructed a unique theoretical system of literature and art.Hu Feng's theory of literature and art is manifold,and Hegel's acceptance and resistance can not be ignored.The so-called acceptance is Hu Feng's acceptance to Hegel's philosophy and aesthetics.The so-called resistance is Hu Feng's resistance to Hegel's philosophy and aesthetics.Of course,acceptance and resistance are not always antagonistic.They are often intertwined.Before and after twentieth Century,the spread of Hegel's philosophy and aesthetics in Japan and China was the premise of Hu Feng's acceptance of Hegel.Between 1929 and 1931,Hu Feng studied in Japan,when Japan launched an upsurge in translation and research of Hegel's philosophy.Hu Feng's return to China coincides with the upsurge of translation and study of Hegel's philosophy in China.In this academic atmosphere,Hu Feng was influenced by Hegel's philosophy and aesthetics.From 1930 s to 40 s,in the three literary and artistic arguments involved in Hu Feng's participation,the two sides cited Hegel's views intentionally or unintentionally,which made Hu Feng have to face Hegel,and finally systematically read the works of Hegel.In the previous two arguments,Hu Feng still passively accepted Hegel;in the third argument,Hu Feng accepted Hegel actively and took Hegel's view as a theoretical weapon.These artistic argument presented the historical process of Hu Feng's acceptance and resistance to Hegel.Hu Feng's acceptance and resistance to Hegel also promoted his theoretical construction.Some of his main theories,,such as "subjective struggle spirit","self-aggrandizement","the trauma of spiritual slavery" and "suffering",are closely related to Hegel's "subjective spirit","self-development","dialectics of the relationship between master and slave " and "pathos",from the reference of the term form to the theory.The acquisition of culvert has shown Hu Feng's acceptance and resistance to Hegel.Hu Feng's tragedy has always been an unavoidable topic in Hu Feng's research,and its production has many factors.Theoretically,the fundamental reason is the conflict between Hu Feng's literary theory and Mao Zedong's literary views.In the origin of Hu Feng's theory of literature,the acceptance and resistance to Hegel is an important constituent factor.Therefore,Hu Feng's tragedy is related to Hu Feng's acceptance and resistance to Hegel.In a sence,Hu Feng did not fully accept Hegel,nor did he fully resist Hegel.This is the theoretical crux of his tragedy.
