Study On Concept Of Ci In Stories Of Song Ci

Stories,are incidents which about literature's creation,spread,and so on,plays a very important role in literature's explanation and criticism.Stories originated from Zuo Zhuan,inherited by The Preface of Mao Poetry and The Unauthorized Biography of Han Poetry in Han Dynasty,evolved into stories of poems in Six Dynasties.Stories of poems came to a prosperity in Tang Dynasty,monograph like Ben Shi Poerry emerged and then the name of 'Stories' settled down.The history of stories is long-standing and well-established,its develop process is continuous.Thus,criticism of stories always take a place in the field of classical literary criticism,study of stories also occupies an important position in Classical Studies.This paper studies on stories of Song Ci,aims to discover the concept of Ci based on the text and then observe the develop situation of concept of Ci in Song Dynasty.The whole paper contains three parts:introduction,main body and conclusion.The introduction part will demonstrates the study status of stories and then states the research value of this topic:firstly,it fills a research gap which study concept of Ci by stories and prepares for study stories roundly in the future;secondly,it helps to grasp the development of concept of Ci in Song Dynasty entirely.The main body contains six chapters:Chapter 1 is The Explanation and Demarcation of Stories of Song Ci.This chapter will demonstrates the development process of stories which begins with Zuo Zhuan,and then defines the stories of Song Ci:stories of Song Ci is incidents that involves specific Song Ci and contains plots.At last,defines the text scope and literature scope of stories of Song Ci in this research.Chapter 2 is The Brief Description of Concept of Ci before Song Dynasty.This chapter will discusses the expression of concept of Ci in the period of Ci's start-up by study literature of Tang Dynasty and Five Dynasties which involves Ci,and then investigates the development process of concept of Ci between Tang Dynasty and Song Dynasty,and its continuation and breakthrough in Song Dynasty.Afterwards,illustrates that this study focus on four aspects:name,function,creation and criticism.Chapter 3 is The Name of Ci in Stories.This chapter will expounds the change process of Ci-Name from Melody-Ci to Ci according to the separation and combination of words and music,and then sorts out all the Ci-Name contained in stories of Song Ci,explains them to discover the developmental feature of Ci-Name in Song Dynasty.Chapter 4 is The Function of Ci in Stories.This chapter will discusses four functions of Ci by means of analyze the case of practical application of Ci in stories of Song Ci:Ci is the instrument to merry-make in banquet;Ci is the medium to interpersonal communicate;Ci is the means to flatter the emperor;Ci is the way to express emotion and aspiration.Based on these argument,then demonstrates that the expansion of function of Ci has an important promoting effect to the prosperity of Ci in Song Dynasty.Chapter 5 is The Creation Modes of Song Ci in Stories.This chapter will discusses three important manners about Song Ci's compose:the use of allusions;the imitation of existed sentences;the harmonious rhyming.Chapter 6 is The Criticism Manner of Song Ci in Stories,This chapter will discusses two special manners when people criticize or appreciate Ci in Song Dynasty,one is the tendency to criticize based on facts,the other is treat Tang-Style as the frame of reference.The tendency to criticize based on facts means that people consider the words of Ci as complete truth,ignore the aesthetic feature of literature.To treat Tang-Style as the frame of reference means that people consider the poetry and Ci of Tang Dynasty as the aesthetical standard,reveals the close connection of literature between Tang Dynasty and Song Dynasty.The conclusion part will summarizes all the concept discussed above and points out the possible direction of this research to continue exploitation.
