With the booming development of network technology,elementary education is gradually moving toward informationization.To comply with this trend,the new curriculum reform concept requires that teachers should have the ability to integrate technology.Since 2005,the TPACK framework has provided a new research perspective for the improvement of teacher information literacy and professional development.Based on the research background above and the TPACK framework,this research takes the 13~thh Henan Province Exemplary English Lessons of junior high school in 2016 as an example,attempts to explore the classroom teaching behavior of the selected junior high school English teachers,so as to promote the sharing of high quality resources.This can help the majority of junior high school English teachers update their knowledge structure and promote the sustainability of teachers’professional development.Based on two dimensions of the grade span and teaching material,the author chooses three excellent English teachers from the 13~thh Henan Province Exemplary English Lessons of junior high school in 2016 as the research subject.And these three teachers come from grades seven to nine,and their teaching video is used as the analysis carrier.This study mainly adopts a combination of qualitative and quantitative method.Firstly,the text of three teachers’teaching video is transcribed in detail.Secondly,the author uses a reasonable encoding system to encode teacher’classroom teaching behavior and corresponding TPACK elements on the basis of the classroom behavior encoding rules and TPACK encoding rules.Thirdly,the frequency and time length of both the TPACK elements in the classroom teaching behaviors and classroom teaching behaviors of the junior high school English teachers are analyzed respectively.Finally,based on the TPACK framework,the author mainly analyzes how the excellent junior high school English teachers improved their classroom teaching behaviors and how to create effective classrooms through the data visualization process.The research results show that:(1)Teachers should pay attention to the comprehensive application of CK,PK,and TK,in the teacher-led,student-centered classroom teaching structure.Teachers need to effectively integrate technology and Pedagogical Content Knowledge so as to better promote students’classroom learning efficiency and build effective classrooms.(2)The excellent junior English teachers have profound content knowledge.(3)The excellent junior English teachers have a wealth of pedagogical knowledge,and they are able to pay more attention to the integration of CK and PK to promote students’understanding of teaching content.(4)Among the major classroom teaching behaviors such as instruction,questioning,and interaction,the excellent junior English teachers are good at using digital and non-digital technologies for teaching activities,and the application of teachers’TPACK helps to improve the teacher’s classroom teaching behavior.(5)The increase in the use of technology in classroom teaching will lead to the emergence of students’silence or confusion.The improvement of the application level of teachers’TK can help to promote the integrity of teachers’teaching process and the fluency of teaching links.
