All along,learning motivation is an important category of pedagogy and psychology research.In the Internet era,the traditional way of learning has been greatly impacted,the new generation of college students in the learning motivation has also undergone drastic changes.As an art major of music college students,originally in the field of learning and other disciplines are very different,which undoubtedly requires learners to have a higher level of learning motivation.But in fact,the current situation of the lack of learning motivation of art college students is not optimistic.Through the theoretical analysis of learning motivation deficiency,this study is based on the "lack of learning motivation of secondary school students",the "youth mental health quality questionnaire" and the related scales such as AAI,AMS and so on.According to the characteristics of learning situation and learning motivation of music college students,a new set of questionnaire is designed for students' lack of learning motivation,which is called "Music College students' lack of Learning motivation scale".The scale is divided into five dimensions: behavioral performance,social goals,self-realization,disconnect of knowledge and behavior,cognitive distortion.There are 2-4 factors in each dimension,a total of 23 items.After statistical tests,the scale has high reliability and validity.The survey is based on the general university students in Beijing's key music schools,including two professional music schools and two music colleges in the normal colleges.In the four colleges and universities to take a random sampling of the whole group of random sampling methods,456 subjects were selected,and 410 valid questionnaires were recovered.The results of questionnaire survey indicate that the current level of learning motivation of music college students is significantly higher than that of the middle level,and the general situation of learning motivation is not optimistic.There are significant differences in the lack of learning motivation among the students of different sexes,grades,majors and colleges.Qualitative analysis through interviews,found that many factors can cause the lack of music college students' learning motivation,mainly focus on the purpose of learning is not clear,the lack of a sense of urgency,learning demand is not strong,lack of sense of achievement,cognitive tendency bias,misunderstanding of learning concept.Based on the current reality and its influencing factors of students' learning motivation in music colleges,this study puts forward some professional improvement proposals,in order to improve the status quo.Including the creation of the problem situation,the implementation of heuristic teaching,according to the practice of task difficulty and properly control the level of motivation,make full use of the feedback information and give a proper evaluation,setting up reasonable classroom environment,properly handle the competition and cooperation,proper attribution training,make students continue to work etc.
