The Book of Changes is hailed as "the head of group theory'" and is a Chinese-style encyclopedia.It contains a wide range of contents,and the most prominent one is management thought.The theories of management in the Book of Changes,which was developed from the divination,played an important role in helping the ancient monarchs to administer the country,to help the gentlemen to cultivate themselves,and to live and work in peace.So you can think of the Book of Changes as the management philosophy of ancient China.The rapid development of contemporary society has exposed many problems in management activities and presented new challenges to managers and management organizations.Therefore,it is imperative to study the philosophy of management in the Book of Changes.This study not only enables the improvement of the Chinese philosophy system,promotes the Chinese traditional culture,but also provides management ideas and methods for contemporary management issues,and realizes a new interpretation of the Book of Changes.The main part of the thesis begins with the management philosophy in the Book of Changes.The first section is about the general introduction of the Book of Changes,including the formation process of it and the discussion of its nature.It is proposed that the Book of Changes is a book with the management.The second section discusses the emergence and development of management philosophy in the Book of Changes.First of all,it reveals the social background of the management philosophical thoughts in the Book of Changes:The low level of human thinking and practical ability leads to fears and uncertainties about the future.Therefore,there is an urgent need for divining to predict the blessings in order to obtain comfort and action guidelines.The rule of the king requires a convincing theoretical basis and so on.Then it expounds the development of management philosophy in the Book of Changes.It has played an important role in participating in national policymaking and selecting talents for the country.When it comes to management,managers are thought of.Therefore,the dissertation immediately discusses the quality that managers should have in the view of the Book of Changes.This chapter is divided into four parts to discuss.They are social commitment,integrity,modest and self-control.It is believed that these four qualities are very important to managers and are the prerequisites and guarantees of a good management.Each part uses the eloquent words in the Book of Changes,and they will be inspired to connect with the managers of today's society and provide lessons for contemporary managers.The last section describes some of the management approaches that are embodied in the Book of Changes.For example,the road to success tells us that when dealing with failures,we should "reflexively cultivate morality." When we meet success,we must "do it without difficulties".The method of employing people includes attaching important to talents and Do not use villains.The ways of change include the extremely polar and take precautions.The development path includes moveability and innovation.Each section will look for a large number of words in the ook of Changes to conduct a basis for analysis and find commonalities with modern management work,so as to better guide people's management activities today.
