Clan organization has developed to the late Ming period,its function has been very complete,and its internal organizational structure is also rigorous.The words and deeds of the tribe are regulated by a set of systematic Confucian ethics theory.The power of the clan organization and the authority of the patriarch are all raised to a new height.Within the clan organization,there is a tendency to deal with disputes among relatives in an orderly manner.This is contrary to the natural affection between relatives.There are endless cases of killings and injuries between relatives in the late Ming Dynasty.In addition,late Ming is also an era of change.The development of the commodity economy has greatly impacted people's life customs and ideological concepts.The traditional ethical order has been challenged from both inside and outside.In the process of reconstructing the spiritual world of the people,it has also been accompanied by the occurrence of disorderly behaviors and even the killing behaviors among relatives.This article is based on the case of relatives' killing behaviors in late Ming Dynasty,and analyzes the types,nature,motives and other factors of the crimes.From the perspective of conflict between Confucian ethics and relatives,this paper reveals the causes of the frequent occurrence of relatives' killing behavior in the late Ming Dynasty.According to this idea,this article is divided into five chapters.The first chapter is the definition of the basic range of the relatives' rank and scope in the Ming Dynasty;the second chapter is to classify the crimes of the relatives in the “Da Ming Regulations”.The judicial practice of killing cases of relatives in the late Ming Dynasty was introduced in combination with typical cases.The third chapter is about the classification and analysis of the causes of relatives' killing.The fourth chapter mainly discusses the relationship between the characteristics of relatives in the late Ming and their relatives' killing behaviors;The emphasis of the full text focuses on the limitations of the ethical order in the late Ming Dynasty and the challenges of the external environment.When the ethical order is attempted to resolve conflicts between relatives,it becomes incompetent.It has lost its emotional and ethical level of restraint for respecting the senior and the humbl...
