Development And Innovative Measures Of The Bai Tie-Dye In Xizhou Under The Perspective Of Cultural Industry

The report of the 19 th NPC pointed out that culture is the soul of a nation and a nation.The culture is strong and the country will be strong,the culture is strong and ethnic people will be strong,cultural heritage should strengthen the protection of inheritance.It is necessary to improve the modern cultural industry system,make an innovation in production and management mechanism,and improve cultural and economic policies.In particular,for the ethnic minority areas,it said that “teach them to fish than teach them to fish”.We should fundamentally change the status quo of economic development and improve the living standards of the people so that we can“get rid of the poor and live out of poverty”.Unique cultural heritage need to be used properly,so not only conducive to the coordinated development of the region,more importantly,the intangible cultural heritage can be transmitted and inherited.As one of the most influential cultural symbols of Bai,Bai tie-dye skills were listed in the first list of state-level intangible cultural heritage by the State Council in2006.The concept of intangible cultural heritage stems from the need for protection because the intangible cultural heritage is vulnerable and irreversible in the context of global integration and accelerated socio-economic development.It may disappear gradually in the course of history without protection.Therefore,the exploration of the development of Bai tie-dye skills in the perspective of the cultural industry can make the Bai tie-dye skills a new vitality for cultural products.In this paper,the author chose the Xizhou Bai tie-dye skills as the actual research object.At present,the government has made some achievements in the development of the Xizhou Bai tie-dye.However,there is still no scientific and systematic theoretical guidance on how to carry out productive protection.Based on the detailed textual analysis of the collected documents,this article will sort out the historical changes of the Bai tie-dye,supplemented by the field method and the interview method to understand the actual situation of the Bai tie-dye in the Xizhou.By using the related theories of intangible cultural heritage,cultural industry and cultural economics,this paper try to find out the problems existing in the Xizhou Bai tie-dye status quo of production protection process.Through the industry itself,tie-dye brand culture,personnel training and other aspects of thinking and coping methods,and finally contact the question of tie-dye industry to explore the Xizhou Bai tie-dye of innovative countermeasures,with a view to achieving the development ofpro-protection,to protect and promote the development of a virtuous circle.
