After the outbreak of the Anti-Japanese War,the National government launched war diplomacy to the U.S.for receiving aids.Morally, the American Government provided financial aid to China to help Chinese get through the financial crisis in wartime, and Sino-American relations develop into a moral aid relationship. In March 1941,the Lend-Lease Act introduced the concept of Lend-Lease into Sino-American relations. The American Government provided financial, military and other assistance to China, and cooperation between China and the United States in many fields, such as economic, transportation, military and intelligence. The relationship between China and the U.S.has helped to transform the two countries into a political and military alliance. After the Pearl Harbor incident,China and the United States formally joined the military alliance. The relations between the two countries developed in cooperation and conflict.Because of the fissures between Chiang Kai-shek and Stillwell, the United States government adjusted its policy to China and strengthened its assistance at the end of the war. After receiving the American aids,China had given America Reverse Lend Lease and repaid its debts, and promoted the all-round development of Sino-American relations. On the basis of absorbing the research achievements of academic circles, this paper uses official archives to comb the evolution track of Sino-American relations from moral assistance to military alliance in wartime, explore the role in the process of leased aid relations in this process and analyze the cause of the contradiction between China and United States, and it may provide useful reference to deal with the Sino-American relations in the new time.
