| This article uses the literature analysis method to sort out the relevant concepts,theoretical basis,relevant research status and practice status of public cultural service performance evaluation.Based on this,the first draft of the index system of performance evaluation of provincial public cultural services in China is designed.The degree of membership and relevance analysis were selected to obtain the final performance evaluation index system,and the final index system was empowered using the method of principal component analysis.The performance evaluation index system was applied to the development of public cultural service development performance of provincial administrative units in China.Evaluate monitoring research and use DEA to conduct an empirical study on the utilization efficiency of provincial public cultural service resources in China,and obtain the performance rankings and changes in the performance of public cultural services in various provincial administrative units during 2010-2016,and 2010-2016.The utilization efficiency of public cultural service resources in various provincial administrative units in China.The research results show that there is a large gap between the performance values of public cultural services in all regions of China,there is still room for improvement in the utilization efficiency of public cultural service resources,the allocation structure of public cultural service resources needs further optimization,and financial support for public cultural services is still in place.Need to be further improved.Therefore,China should promote the equal development of public cultural services from the aspects of increasing financial support for public cultural services,promoting the use of public cultural service resources,optimizing the allocation structure of public cultural service resources,and establishing and improving public cultural service assessment mechanisms. |
