During the period of the War of Resistance Against Japanese Aggression(1931-1945),faced with the serious threat of foreign invasion,the development of frontiers,the consolidation of national defense,the enrichment of national strength,and the support of the Anti-Japanese War became an urgent requirement for the whole nation to “build the country against the war”.Xi Kang's role as a large rear anti-Japanese war has become increasingly apparent.With the close relationship between Xikang and the Mainland,Xikang people can also see the national crisis,self-reliance and self-improvement,and do not violate the heavy responsibility of Xikang construction.Education culture is the foundation of all business.Therefore,the development and construction of Xikang,education is also an important part of the work process.Before the establishment of the Xikang Provincial Government in January 1939,school-based education and social education in the Kham region were lagging and stagnant due to factors such as geographical environment and humanities and social development.After the establishment of the Xikang Provincial Government,under the slogan of “New Xikang”,Xikang's large-scale development education in each region has a series of favorable conditions.In particular,the rapid development of public education has promoted the construction and development of Xikang society.Indirectly supports the founding of the War of Resistance against Japan.The Xikang Provincial Government,as a government organizer,plays an important role in the development of popular education.Due to its relatively effective measures,the Xikang Provincial Government has played a major leading role and has finally achieved certain results.At the time,Xikang drew lessons from the experiences and models of civil education development in other provinces and regions in China,led by the government,established relevant public education institutions from grassroots Baojia to county
