Shu embroidery,a representative of Sichuan's culture,has a long history.However,because of its high price,Shu embroidery did not find the connection with modern goods,so the whole industry was facing inheritance gap and cultural shrinkage,so Shu embroidery urgently needs reasonable development and utilization.The establishment of Shu embroidery design gene data is an important means to improve the developmental efficiency of Shu embroidery products.The research of this subject is based on the theory of cultural gene bank construction,and the contents are as follows:1?The induction and screening of traditional themes of Shu embroidery: Through sorting out the authoritative writings on the modern Shu Embroidery pattern,on-site inspections of Shu embroidery shops,network data collection,obtaining Shu embroidery non-genetic masterpiece.The theme of Shu embroidery was classified,eight categories of embroidery themes were concluded and based on the material,the morals of theme were summarized.In the Shu embroidery theme collections,categories as plants,animals,geometric patterns were investigated in questionnaire.Scale out Shu embroidery themes that rank high by the calculation method of Likert.Provide material support for the extraction of Shu embroidery design gene.2?The genetic data creation of the visible and invisible design about shu embroidery: the dominant gene contains two parts: intrinsic nature and extrinsic nature.The intrinsic nature is the pattern moral of the shu embroidery materials,the extrinsic nature includes the pattern gene,the color gene and the needle method gene.The extraction of the invisible design gene of shu embroidery is based on the dominant design gene,and it reinterprets the dominant design gene in terms of design rules.The extraction is divided into two parts: secondary design and transformation.It organizes the extracted dominant and recessive deign genes into a gene database of Sichuan Embroidery,and moreover puts forward reasonable suggestions for the application of the design genes of Sichuan Embroidery,through the case study of modern embroidery works.3?The design practice of shu embroidery cultural products: to analyze the target group,and the design gene data of shu embroidery should be used to develop the culturally innovative product of shu embroidery.From the demand of consumers,develop the shu embroidery cultural products and experience-type embroidery brooch.It is proved that the design project is practical after the implementation of every design step and the experimental verification of the experience-type embroidery brooch.To apply the research results to the development of shu embroidery culturally innovative products,the product design efficiency could be improved,and the distance between traditional culture and the ordinary people would be shortened for it builds bridges between shu embroidery and modern products and play a positive role in the development of ChengDu cultural creative industry.
