Objective:To investigate the relationship between enterprise research and development personnel core self-evaluation,organizational identification and innovative behavior,and It also takes organizational identification as an intermediary variable to explore the impact mechanism of the core self-evaluation of research and development personnel on their innovative behavior,so that the related theory to be more abundant and perfect,to provide reference for enterprises to improve the innovation level of research and development personnelMethods:A total of 300 enterprise research and development personnel in Changsha,Hangzhou and Shanghai were surveyed by core self rating scale,organizational identification scale and innovative behavior scale.Results:(1)There was no significant difference in gender and educational level among the enterprise research and development personnel,and there were significant differences in age and working years.(2)There is a significant positive correlation between the core self-evaluation of research and development personnel,organizational identification and their innovative behavior among the three.(3)The core self-evaluation of research and development personnel has a positive predictive effect on their innovative behavior.Organizational identification has a positive predictive effect on the innovation behavior of enterprise research and development personnel.The core self-evaluation of research and development personnel has a positive predictive effect on their organizational identity.(4)Organizational identification plays a complete intermediary role in the core self-evaluation of research and development personnel and their innovative behavior.Conclusion:(1)The innovation behavior of enterprise research and development personnel is influenced by demographic variables such as age,working life and so on.(2)Improving the core self-evaluation of research and development personnel can significantly improve their innovative behavior.(3)The higher the organizational identity of enterprise research and development personnel,the higher the level of innovation,and vice versa,the lower the level of innovation.(4)The core self-evaluation of research and development personnel affects their innovative behavior through organizational identification.Organizational identification is the intermediary variable of core self-evaluation and innovation behavior of research and development personnel.
