After a systematic study,Spinoza unified the substance,god and nature.He classifies the extension and thought into the infinite attributes of the substance,and treat all things as the modus of the substance,finally he got a set of theoretical system that about substance,it lays the foundation for the study of ethics.This paper finds the theoretical source of spinoza's substance by combing Aristotle,Descartes and other people's substance view.By discussing the process of proving the existence of spinoza's god and comparing the dualism of Descartes,the author affirmed the monism characteristics of spinoza's entity theory.This paper deeply analyzes the main contents and basic features of the Spinoza's substance,the substance concept in god and illustrates the nature of these two aspects respectively,confirmed that spinoza's substance theory has “pantheism” color.Spinoza's substance theory is in order to discuss the relationship between the substance and all things,and how things among the substance.Therefore,it is important to discuss the relations between substance,attributes and modus.In this paper,author will make a model to explain it.Of course,in order to show spinoza's substance theory of outstanding contributions to the development of the whole history of philosophy,and to be able to prove that spinoza's theory of substance has theoretical value in today's world,The author introduces the influence of spinoza's entity theory on his whole theoretical system and on later philosophers in chapter 4.In addition,the author makes it clear that the problem of scholars argue about the nature of spinoza's substance;and solves the problem of whether the entity is variable or not;at the same time,author advocate people to revere nature,re-examine the relationship between man and nature and all things..
