| Teachers are an important part during the process of Chinese teaching.With the advancement of Chinese teaching overseas,more and more local Chinese language teachers have emerged.The comparative analysis of Chinese and local teachers has received increasing attention from the academic world.This article adopts the classroom observation method and takes the Confucius Institute of Pontifical Catholic University of Peru as an example.Through the observation of the Chinese language classes,the author analyzes and summarizes the similarities and differences between the two types of teachers from the aspects of classroom teaching and teaching content processing.And then put forward certain teaching suggestions for the elementary Chinese comprehensive course in Peru.Classroom teaching includes the arrangement of the class,the pace of teaching,teachers’ language and body language.The two types of teachers follow the same pattern in the overall arrangement of the teaching link.However,in the operation of each link,the native teachers use the language to inform the students about the content,while the Chinese teachers allow the students to perceive themselves through the advancement of teaching.Both types of teachers have always grasped the teaching rhythm,but when the teaching rhythm changes,local teachers use language,while Chinese teachers to change with the speed of speech and intonation.During the class,both types of teachers use the media language and also pay attention to the use of body language.However,local teachers tend to use Spanish,Chinese teachers usally use English.Regarding the arrangement of teaching content,both types of teachers believe that Chinese teaching should include five aspects: pronunciation,vocabulary,grammar,Chinese characters,and texts.However,local teachers think little of Chinese characters teaching,and they mainly use translation methods.Chinese teachers use more guidance and prompt methods to help students.On the basis of summarizing the similarities and differences between these two types of teachers,we also put forward some suggestions for the classroom teaching of local elementary Chinese comprehensive courses in Peru.Teachers should make cleararrangements for the class and adopt different methods for different contents.In the teaching process,teachers should give full play to the leading role,use a variety of teaching methods comprehensively,and also attach some importance to the body language.In addition,the two types of teachers should strengthen communication and make up for their own deficiencies. |
