demand.Since the end of the Qing dynasty,China's cement has relied on imports,mainly relying on the United Kingdom,and subsequently changed to rely on Japan.Especially after World War I,Japan occupied the cement market in China,and its cement input accounted for more than half of China's cement imports.The development of China's cement industry is facing a huge crisis.The Qixin Cement Company,China Merchants Cement Corporation,and China Cement Corporation have jointly implemented joint operations to boycott the dumping of Japanese cement in China.Japan launched the "September 18 th Incident" and the "North China Incident," which firmly controlled the markets in Northeast China and North China,and the vigorous development of the cement industry came to an abrupt end.After the outbreak of the full-scale anti-Japanese war,cement plants in North China,Central China,East China and South China were successively plunged,leaving only the Sichuan Cement Company.Sichuan Cement Co.,Ltd.is responsible for providing cement supply for the large rear,but the problem of contradictory demand still exists.It is only Sichuan Cement Co.,Ltd.that supplies cement.This article takes the contradiction in demand for cement supply as the starting point,taking Sichuan Cement as the research object,comprehensively and systematically analyzing the operation mechanism,production and sales system,staff management and treatment of Sichuan Cement Company,and its contribution during the Anti-Japanese War.We will discuss the reasons for its expansion and expansion,strive to restore the face and profile of China's cement industry during the war,and objectively evaluate the role of Sichuan Cement Company in the war and the status of cement industry development in China.From the operating
