The "One Belt and One Road" is the starting point for building a community of Asian fate.China and ASEAN have established dialogue relations for more than 25 years.In the past "Golden Ten Years",China and ASEAN have achieved leaps and bounds in all-dimensional,wide-area,and deep-level cooperation,and bilateral relations have entered the "Diamond Decade".New stage.The new era,new mission,and new journey have raised new issues for the dissemination of Guangxi to ASEAN.The "Chinese story" is about China and the Chinese people.If the "Chinese story" is an endless ocean,its subset "Guangxi story" is an important tributary that converges into the sea,and Liu Sanjie's culture is a continuous stream of tributaries.The content of the "Guangxi Story" is mainly based on the development stories under the "One Belt and One Road" and emotional stories that can resonate.It disseminates to ASEAN countries through traditional media and new media.Singing the opera has gained a good reputation,but the content of the story is not targeted,and the subject is lack of energy.Talent is still the biggest constraint.This study analyzes the process of Guangxi's cultural transmission to ASEAN and believes that "intercultural quality" can lead to "reciprocal understanding".Based on this,the author summarizes the graphic representation of the information received by the recipients in the process of Guangxi's ASEAN cross-cultural communication.He believes that to minimize the cultural gap,the communicators should use the "codebook" of the ASEAN countries as the benchmark.This kind of thinking is the logical starting point and textual landing point of the "Guangxi story" going out.Liu Sanjie's culture is a typical representative of the "Guangxi story." The film "Liu Sanjie" once swept southeast in Southeast Asia and is still a cultural name card for communication between Guangxi and ASEAN.Under the visual focus of the film,the omnipotent perspective,the spatial structure of recontextualization,and the clear temporal clues,the natural imagery of Liu Sanjie's cultural and ecological aesthetics,the imagery of the singing culture,and the love image of love and love were sketched.This was in line with ASEAN society at the time.The spiritual and cultural needs of the masses in the environment.The culture of Liu Sanjie has undergone changes in contemporary society and the forms of communication have changed.However,regardless of the mode of transmission,it is the extraction of the beautiful human nature of Liu Sanjie who loves life and pursues freedom.The "Guangxi story" in the new era must overcome cultural barriers,require transnational thinking and local experience,and move from the Guangxi market to the ASEAN market;artistic and commercial interactions will create a full performing arts industry chain;and human subjective initiative will be enhanced.The quality of human capital;digital means to develop cultural resources and innovate the carrier of cross-cultural communication.
