On Conceptual Photography Humanistic Spirit And Its Visual Performance

This article aims to discuss and analyze the connotation and visual performance of humanistic spirit in Chinese conceptual photography,sort out the development and changes of Chinese concept photography since the mid-1980 s,especially in the mid-1990 s,and adopt the concept of humanistic spirit in the concept photography.The discussion of value embodied in the analysis of the types of conceptual photographs embodied in the humanistic spirit,and on this basis,further put forward some reflections on the development of contemporary Chinese concept photography.In this paper,the exploration of the humanistic spirit of Chinese conceptual photography is divided into three parts.The first part discusses conceptual photography and humanistic spirit.Through the origins of the concept of photography and the development of Chinese concept photography to sort out the context.Conceptual photography has become an indispensable part of Chinese contemporary art.It is a kind of exploration and reflection on human beings and influences contemporary culture with its independent creative methods.At the same time,through the connotation of the humanistic spirit,this paper further analyzes the connotation and value of the humanistic spirit in the concept photography,and emphasizes that the contemporary concept photography bears more people's spiritual appeal in the modern cultural context.In the second part,the visual representation of humanistic spirit in conceptual photography is mainly studied by case analysis.The theme of performance is basically divided into three aspects.First,through the reflection on Chinese culture,China's native culture is presented.Second,through observation of daily life,pay attention to social issues.Third,through the search for self,seek the free expression of the spiritual world.The third part is about the thinking of contemporary Chinese photography.Through the development of Chinese concept photography,it points out the problems and challenges that exist.For example,the marketization of Chinese contemporary art has led some concept photographers to over-pursue interests and money,and to make their works lose their “freedom”;to cater to the Western artistic context and to leave the country;the appearance features are too descriptive,and the works lack depth.Too shallow.Provide reasonable suggestions for existing problems and summarize them.
