As one of the most controversial rural novels writers in the new era,Yan Lianke,who has been writing since 1978,has been widely discussed and concerned in the middle and late stage of his novels.Yan Lianke's novel creation and the new period literature happened simultaneously,but the direction of his literary writing always keeps a distance from the mainstream literature trend of the times.Yan Lianke was born in a poor village in Henan.The endless hunger and poverty,hardship and struggle occupyed an important position in his memory.when Yan Lianke used the writing way to express some feeling in heart,the local people in the land adhering to the life and struggle of suffering became the core writing object of Yan Lianke: "The land for me,is my writing on it".Through the creation of Yan Lianke's novels,a kind of extreme aesthetic tendency is presented in general.The author takes the "Palou mountain village" civilian life as a narrative background,creating a "land of idyllic beauty" environment that natural environment is remote ang barren,realistic order is rigid and traditional ethics is thick and gloomy.The people involved in this extreme reality and historical circumstances.Yan Lianke used the real and allegorical writing methodology,showing the change of human mind and the history of trial ang thingking when the characters in the face of suffering and death fate.Yan Lianke used his extreme allegorical way of writing composes many songs of dangerous elegy for the suffering of the country people.This paper is divided into five parts:Introduction: including the summary of development track and research methods of the subject and studies the significance of the theme to Yan Lianke's novels;secondly,including the surt out of Yan Lianke's novel clues and creative process lengthways;finally,analys the status and shortcomings of Yan Lianke novel research at home and abroad and the significance of using the theme perspective to text research.The first part: mainly including the presentation of the motif and the choice of the subject matter in Yan Lianke's novels.On the one hand,including the analysis of the concepts and definition of motif,then showing the "separation" and "returning" motif and the "escape return" dual cultural mentality.On the other hand,in the choice of subjectmatter,including the "hunger" and "power" subject,showing complexed emotion of Yan Lianke.The second part: mainly combing the expression and writing of Yan Lianke's novels on the subject of suffering,death and resistance.The third part: summing up the theme figures in Yan Lianke's novels.Figure is an important category in the study of the theme.Yan Lianke's novels concentrated on three typical allegorical characters in the mix of the power and suffering: the destruction of the intellectual image,consciousness of spiritual female image and the image of rural power politics.The fourth part: mainly to sum up and analyze the theme images in Yan Lianke's novels.From the three core images of the land,disease and the dream,the author reveals the thought and emotion that toutside the objective object.The fifth part: To explore the folk truth from the creation view of Yan Lianke's realism.This is a process from "the bridge of God" to "the other side of reality",which is mainly reflected in two aspects of Yan Lianke's Novels: the exploration of stylistic structure and the exploration of language.Yan Lianke fully used the folk resources and made his writing with a fantasy but without losing the true magic color,said "postmodern wildfire".The end of this paper is to analyze the contribution of Yan Lianke's novels to the "local experience" of Chinese contemporary literature.In conclusion,the paper focuses on Yan Lianke's 11 novels and analysis the motifs,theme,image and characters contained in the woks from the perspective of the theme.Compared to the creation of the local writers during the same period,the unique significance of Yan Lianke's novels to the vernacular writing would be thighlighted.Any new attempt will be associated with some shortcomings and deficiency.The spirit of bold attempt and innovation make Yan Lianke's reconstruction writing presents a profound literary and era significance.
