The development of China’s economy and the strengthening of its comprehensive national have led to the growing popularity of Chinese culture with overseas people.In particular,the "Chinese fever" has increased rapidly in the world,and the number of people in China has been increasing,and the number of Chinese learners continues to increase.With the support of "One Belt And One Road" policy,the demand of Chinese in the world is "blowout"growth,which has brought opportunities for the development of foreign language training school.The foreign language teaching in colleges and universities has been unable to meet the needs of overseas Chinese,and their scattered spare time is inconsistent with the limited and time-fixed Chinese training courses.Therefore,a large number of private Chinese language training institutions have entered the market of teaching Chinese.Especially in the cities of Beijing,Guangzhou and Shenzhen,where there are many foreign students and foreigners,Chinese training institutions have developed a great deal.The foreign language training institution has become an important part of education institution in China.Based on the above background,this paper takes a school in Shanghai as a case study,investigates its organiXtion mechanism,the management mode,the teaching situation and other aspects.Through investigation and research,we try to provide a reference for the establishment and development of the school in Shanghai and other foreign language training institutions,and provide the basis and reference for the future development of Chinese language training institutions in China.The main research content of this paper is as follows:first,this paper in the former two chapters are discussed the research background,research objects and research methods,and expounds the Chinese training theory and the research status at home and abroad,which lay a theoretical basis.The third chapter is the main part of this paper,which attempts to analyze the successful survival experience of the school in Shanghai from the organiXtion mechanism,the management mode,the teaching situation and other aspects.The fourth chapter is the analysis of the characteristics and problems of the teaching of the school in Shanghai.In the previous section of the investigation and research,this chapter analyzes the existing problems in the development of the school in Shanghai under the "One Belt And One Road" policy opportunity,which hopes to find a suitable way for the development of the disease.The fifth chapter,some suggestions on the teaching of the school in Shanghai.Based on the above investigation and research,this chapter focuses on the problems existing in teaching staff,Chinese teaching materials,curriculum arrangement,institution management,classroom teaching and so on,proposes the recommendations in further development——the school in Shanghai should seize the opportunity of "One Belt And One Road" to improve teaching quality in every aspect of Chinese culture,develop its own characteristics and strength,and eventually build its own brand.
