Concept of ego is one of the core concepts of Husserl's phenomenology. Therefore, the study of Husserl's concept of ego can be an important way to enter Husserl's phenomenology, and can make an overview of his philosophy as a whole. From the early to late Husserl's philosophical writings,Husserl's understanding and understanding of the concept of ego presents a different appearance, and this will show the reason of the change and development of the concept.Based on the key writings of Husserl's concept of ego in the early, middle and late period, this paper tries to clarify the main connotations of Husserl's concept of ego in different periods, and regards this changing intension as the whole of ego's historical development, and then investigates the reason and the inner logic of Husserl's development of ego. This paper mainly chooses Husserl's early,in the middle and late period, the main works of " Logical Investigations","Ideas" and " Cartesian Meditations" on the concept of ego focused on the content as a research object, through the different stages of Husserl's discussion of the ego to refine and compare,in line with Husserl's thinking, based on the research of other researchers, and demonstrates Husserl's negation of the principle of pure ego,the affirmation of the pure ego in the middle period, and the development clue of others from the ego, thus realizing thepreliminary presentation of Husserl's concept of ego.On the whole,Husserl's concept of ego has left a clue and opportunity to advance and deepen in each period. This paper finds that the development of Husserl's concept of ego in different periods has its intrinsic root,on the one hand,as the phenomenological reduction method is thorough and thorough, the concept of ego also advances in depth and breadth,on the other hand, the inner tension of ego also urges the ego to move toward the broader field,The logic of both internal and external leads to the development of Husserl's concept of ego.
