| As a pragmatic mechanism in oral communication,discourse markers play a flexible and varied function in daily communication,which makes the communicative parties more effective to express,more easily understand and more successfully achieve the expected communication.The non-response usage of the word "en and "dui" are selected as the object of study.We discuss the placement of "en" and "dui" and their functions and contexts which emerge.The similarities and differences between the non-response usage of "n" and "dui" are investigated.we also attempt to analyze the causes of their non-response usage.The thesis includes five chapters.In chapter one,we review the current development and research of the discourse mark,"en" and "dui".Meanwhile we also point out the existing problems in the current research.We introduces the research methods adopted in the paper and the theoretical basis of the research,and give a brief description about the research ideas and corpus of the thesis.In chapter two,we examine the non-response usage of the discourse mark "en" and"dui”from the three aspects:the placement,the function and the context in which it appears.In chapter three,according to the self-made colloquial corpus,the placement of "en"and "dui",their functions and context are investigated through the qualitative and qualitative analysis.In chapter four,the causes of their non-response usage are analyzed.In chapter five,this chapter is the concluding part.We review the basic conclusions and explain the shortcomings of this article,as well as expect to do some future research. |
