The Four Classics of Huangdi,whose core is Laozi Thought,aiming at fusing the thoughts of the ancient philosophers,is one of the representative works of Huang Lao school of thought.Collecting different kinds of advantages of the ancient philosophers and adopting the theories and thoughts of the predecessors,and also,combined with the social political and economic background,it brought out their own system of thought and theory,among which the thoughts of ruling state and dealing with politics is the key part of the whole book.The Thought of Lao Zi is mainly inherited and developed in the The Four Classics of Huangdi.On the one hand,The Four Classics of Huangdi carried on the comprehension of Taoism in Lao Zi,who believed that Taoism is the origin of everything in the universe,and it was born before heaven and earth,which remained the same in the world since time began,while no one would ever see or feel the objective law.On the other hand,The Four Classics of Huangdi has made great efforts to expand Taoism,while it brought up a theory trying to deduce the human life with the help of natural law.At the same time,The Four Classics of Huangdi has introduced the idea of legal system into Taoism and came up with a quite integrated thought of ruling state and dealing with politics,which turned out to be highly effectual.The thoughts of ruling state and dealing with politics in Lao Zi and the the thoughts of ruling the life in The Four Classics of Huangdi both belong to the thought of Taoism.They have many things in common,however,because of different social background and economy foundation in the different age,they met with different ruling class and therefore,there are some inevitable differences in them.Base on The Four Classics of Huangdi,and combined with Lao Zi,this paper tried to cover three things about ruling state and dealing with politics in Taoism."Dao creating principle"is an important opinion which is inherited and developed in The Four Classics of Huangdi,based on Taoism in Lao Zi.And it tries to bring out a simple theory instead of insubstantial Taoism,which can also be easissly read and understood.As the representative work of Huang Lao school,"the four classics of the Huangdi" will treat the state affairs as its core idea,and the most important part is the theory of yin and yang.The book will be a combination of yin and Yang and the problem of criminal punishment,the Yin and Yang as a natural basis for the punishment of Germany to form a unique concept of the concept of criminal punishment."Inaction" can exist as the core of society,also reflects the important position of "Lao Zi" theory occupies in the thought of.Combined with the various schools of thought,"the positive factors in the thought of' Lao Tzu can be further revealed,it is the first time the Huang Lao thought reform has become a focus of the society,and with the development of time,in the late Warring States has become one of the great influence of school.In the early years of the Western Han Dynasty,the theory of Huang Lao complied with the historical development,and constantly improved itself to meet the requirements of the rulers,thus getting rid of the identity of a single academic thought,and gradually became the mainstream ideology of the ruling class.
