Animation industry is the key industry in 21 century,is the product from technology and culture industry,is the new economic growth point after internet industry.Through the development of animation industry,it can improve the level of economic development,and also can realize the spread of Nanjing's culture.First,it has a review of the knowledge of industry chain,animation and strategy,then put literature of animation industry and animation industry chain in order.I start out from using SWOT to analysis the strengths?weaknesses?opportunities and threats of Nanjing animation industry,get 4 alternative offers,according to the results of industry chain analysis,combine all the conclusions before,we choose the most appropriate strategy.After that I use the analysis of industry chain,use Nanjing as an example,describe the situation of Nanjing animation industry at first,then divide Nanjing animation industry chain into 3 parts:creative upstream?animation works and broadcast publish midstream and derivative development and sale downstream.We locate Nanjing in one of these parts by analyzing these parts.Then we find out the problems and come up with the ways to update the industry chain.Finally,on the basis of strategy,propose the specific measures to update the Nanjing animation industry chain and improve the developing environment,to realize the goal of developing Nanjing animation industry.
