The Hantzsch-type reaction product,1,4-DHP and its polyhydroacridine(PHA)and polyhydroquinoline(PHQ)analogues, are an important class of heterocycles containing nitrogen atom with remarkable pharmaceutical properties, some of them have been commercial available Biocatalysts such as enzyme,DNA,biological antibody have attracted significant attention and extensively applied in organic synthesis, while limited reports of using of urease as a biocatalyst in organic synthesis have been reported.Biomimetic synthesis of biomineralized materials is one of the hot-point in materials science, and biomineralized materials have been extensively used for enzyme immobilization, drug loading, and the fabrication of novel catalystsIn this thesis, the specific content and research results are as follows1.A series of polyhydroacridines and polyhydroquinolines were synthesized using urease as a biocatalyst via one-pot four-component reaction with aromatic aldehyde, dimedone or ethyl acetoacetate, ammonia formed in situ from the hydrolysis of urea2.CMC was used as a template and a modifier in the biomimetic synthesis of calcium carbonate.Porous and spherical vaterite with different physical properties were obtained by changing the concentration of CMC.The as-prepared calcium carbonate was well characterized by FTIR,XRD,SEM,and BET.The application of calcium carbonate in the loading of urease and drug has also been explored. The results showed that the vaterite can load ibuprofen efficiently but not for urease.
