Clinical Study Of Fallopian Tube Obstruction Infertility By Hysterosalpingo-contrast Sonography Combined With The Mixture Of Chitosan And Danshen Injection

Objective:To explore the clinical value of Transvaginal four-dimensional hysterosalpingo-contrast sonography(TVS 4D-Hy Co Sy)combined with the mixture of Chitosan and Danshen Injection in the diagnosis and treatment of fallopian tube obstruction infertility.Method:To investigate compatibility of sulfur hexafluoride,medical chitinose and Danshen injection.Seventy patients with fallopian tube obstruction infertility were included(35 in control group and 35 in experimental group).The experimental group was divided into the distal group and the proximal group according to the blocked location,and we have made comprehensive score according to the degree of obstruction.The patients in experimental group were infused with Chitosan and Danshen Injection mixture during the water flow process of tubal sonography,and the patients in control group were injected only with normal saline during the water flow process.Ten months after the examination,all subjects were followed up for intrauterine pregnancy,Those who were not pregnant underwent Hy Cosy and scored again,then compare with its first score.The percentage of intra-uterine conception in experimental and control group also were compared.Results:1.Sulfur hexafluoride,medical chitinose and salvia miltiorrhiza injection do not have compatibility taboo,and have compatibility.2.The percentage of intrauterine conception was 42.9%(15/35)in the experimental group and the percentage of intrauterine conception was 11.4%(4/35)in the control group after 10 months.The percentage of conception in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group(c~2=8.741,P=0.003).3.The percentage of intrauterine conception in the distal group was 45.4%(15/33),and the percentage of intrauterine conception in the proximal group was 0%(0/2).4.Among of 20 patients who were not pregnant in the experimental group,14 patients were scored demotion after 10 months,and the effective demotion percentage was 70.0%.5.The intrauterine conception percentage was 0%(0/2)in patients with proximal obstruction in the experimental group,and the effective reduction percentage was 0%(0/2)after 10 months.Conclusion:1.The mixture of sulfur hexafluoride,medical chitinose and Danshen Injection have compatibility,and they can be used in salpingography water flow process.2.TVS 4D-Hy Co Sy combined with the mixture of Chitosan and Danshen Injection infusion had a certain clinical effect for the diagnosis and treatment of fallopian tube infertility,especially distal obstruction,which can help to improve the rate of intrauterine pregnancy and improve tubal obstruction.3.TVS 4D-Hy Co Sy combined with the mixture of Chitosan and Danshen injection was not effective in the treatment of proximal obstruction,further research is needed.
