| Objective: Study on analysis of survival of 108 patients with terminal stage of pulmonary adenocarcinoma,also discuss the factors affecting the prognosis of pulmonary adenocarcinoma and the advantages of its treatment using traditional chinese medicine(supporting healthy qi)and western modern medicine,also provide definite reference for the therapeutic regime used for the same.Method: Retrospective analysis of 108 patients,64 male patients and 44 female patients with terminal stage pulmonary adenocarcinoma receiving treatment from January 2010 till March 2017 in NO.3 oncology departments of Longhua hospital affiliated with Shanghai university of traditional Chinese medicine,due to difference in treatment received were divided into following groups traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)treatment group with 17 patients,chemotherapy treatment group 22 patients,chinese western integrated treatment group 69 patients.Result: The average life expectancy of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)group,chemotherapy treatment group,and chinese western integrated group was 26.60,21.47 and 36.50 months respectively.The three group's survival rate for 1?2years respectively for traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)group was 76.00%?50.70%;for chemotherapy group was 81.80%?50.00% and chinese western integrated group was91.00%?68.50%.Single factor analysis : gender(P=0.040),Performance Status(P=0.014),osseous metastasis(P=0.009),brain metastases(P=0.017),CA125(P=0.000),traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)treatment duration(P=0.000),different treatment group(P=0.015).Multiple factors analysis: Performance Status,osseous metastasis,CA125 are the individual factors affecting the prognosis of terminal stage ? adenocarcinoma.Conclusion: Using chinese western integrated medicine treatment for treatment of terminal sated pulmonary adenocarcinoma brings more benefits to the patients,the duration of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)and survival of the patient arecorrelated. |
