The Clinical Research Of Myasthenia Gravis Treatment With Qiang Li Yi Qi And Roll Needle

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of rolling needle combined with Qiang li yi qi in the treatment of myasthenia gravis and to explore the changes of inflammatory factors before and after treatment.Method: This study is in line with 72 patients with myasthenia gravis who were diagnosed with "spleen qi deficiency syndrome" and Western medicine diagnosis of "myasthenia gravis type ? b" were randomly divided into two groups: treatment group and control group,36 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with needle roller and Qiang li yi qi,and the control group was treated with Qiang li yi qi alone.The treatment group was treated twice a week for 3 weeks.Two group therapeutic effect were observed before treatment,2 weeks after treatment,at the end of treatment and at the end of 4 weeks after treatment.The specific items of curative effect observation includes: Quantitative MG scroing system,TCM symptom scale,overall curative effect evaluation;determination of inflammatory factor: the content of TNF-?,IL-6,IL-8,IL-17 and IFN-? and serum ELISA were measured.The adverse reactions of acupuncture were observed and recorded in the whole process,and the treatment was given in time.Result: 36 cases were completed in both groups,without shedding patients.After 3weeks of treatment,the QMG,and TCM syndromes scores of the treatment group showed a significant downward trend compared with those before treatment,and there was a significant difference compared with the control group(P<0.01).After the end of treatment at 1 month follow-up,the TCM syndrome scores and QMG scores of the treatment group also showed a significant downward trend,and there was a significant difference compared with the control group(P<0.01).The total effective rate of clinical curative effect was 94.40% in QMG treatment group and 86.10% in control group,83.30% in TCM syndrome score treatment group and 75.00% in control group,and the difference between the two groups was significant(P < 0.01).After 3 weeks treatment,the serum levels of IL-8 and IL-17 cytokines in the treatment group were decreased,and there was statistical significance compared with the control group(P<0.05).And the cytokines such as TNF-?,IL-6 and IFN-? in serum of patients in the treatment group were higher than those before treatment,there was no statistical significance(P>0.05),and the cytokines such as TNF-?,IL-6 and IFN-? in the control group were decreased than those before treatment.IL-8 cytokines decreased in serum of patients in the control group,and there was statistical significance compared with those in the treatment group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of rolling needle combined with Qiang li yi qi on myasthenia gravis was better than that in control group.Rolling needle therapy is able to lower the serum of IL-8,IL-7 for the MG?b patients which accommodate self immunity that lead to complex dual-directional regulation and promote self healing.Rolling needle treatment of myasthenia gravis has high safety,simple operation and large area of action,is conducive to long-term treatment of patients and a worthy of clinical application of the promotion of the program.
