| Research purpose: By studying the literature and books of the famous gynecologists in Jingu,this paper sums up the characteristics of the treatment of endometriosis,analyzes the similarities and differences of the dialectical thinking and the composition of the empirical formula in combination with the historical environment,so as to enrich the contents of the school of gynecology in Jingu.Based on the data mining method,Professor Han Bing's treatment of endometriosis cases was reviewed,in order to find the relationship between disease,syndrome,formula and medicine and the medication rule of endometriosis treatment,so as to provide a new way of syndrome differentiation and medication for summarizing the academic thought of famous traditional Chinese medicine and clinical treatment of endometriosis.Research methods: Taking the founding of new China as the node,five representative physicians were selected as the research objects,including Zhang Xichun,Lu Guanhu,ha Litian,Han Bing and ha Xiaoxian.The following databases are searched by computer: CNKI,VIP,Wanfang medical network,etc.literature databases are selected to show the literature related to the treatment of the disease by famous doctors,and the books and materials compiled by five doctors and their school inheritors are searched.To summarize the characteristics of differentiation and treatment of endometriosis by Jingu gynecologist.Collect the medical records of Professor Han Bing's treatment of endometriosis,use Microsoft Office Excel to establish the corresponding database,and carry out descriptive statistics of general data,use IBM SPSS modeler 14.1 software to realize Apriori algorithm,use association rules to carry out correlation analysis and explore the corresponding relationship,and import the data into IBM SPSS statistics 23.0 statistical software for data clustering analysis,extracted Professor Han Bing treatment of endometriosis core drug pairs and commonly used combinations.Results: 1.A total of 178 articles related to the treatment of endometriosis by famous gynecologists were retrieved,including the deletion of duplicate literature,the reading of literature topics and excerpts To delete the irrelevant literature later,113 articles were obtained,reading the full text,and finally 59 articles were obtained.19 books and materials were sorted out.Before the founding of the people's Republic of China,Zhang Xichun and Lu Guanhu were selected as the main research objects.The prescriptions of endometriosis related diseases and syndromes recorded in the medical records of zhongshenxilu,written by Zhang Xichun,were mainly concentrated in the part of "on the treatment of female scrofula".Zhang Xichun paid attention to both attack and supplement when treating the symptoms and diseases,and emphasized the necessity of taking care of the healthy qi on the premise of ensuring the elimination of scrofula.Lu Guanhu's "Lu Guanhu medical record" contains a blood stasis case which is similar to the symptoms of endometriosis.The treatment mainly focuses on Regulating Qi,removing blood stasis,strengthening the spleen,relieving pain and dispersing accumulation.Lu emphasized that in the process of removing blood stasis,one should not attack too hard and try to work hard overnight.After the founding of the people's Republic of China,ha Litian,Han Bing and ha Xiaoxian were selected as the main subjects of study.Ha Litian had unique views on dysmenorrhea,which was particularly painful for patients with endometriosis,and proposed the treatment principle of "Tong" as the first treatment for dysmenorrhea.Professor Han Bing thinks that stasis is the basic pathology of its occurrence and development.Qi,blood and phlegm are the key points of the disease.In the treatment,we should combine the methods of regulating qi,promoting blood circulation,removing blood stasis,softening and firmness,eliminating phlegm and resolving stasis,so as to remove phlegm and blood stasis and turn the symptoms into invisible.According to professor ha Xiaoxian,the pathological basis of this disease is blood stasis,blood stasis block,dysmenorrhea caused by blocked vein,stagnation and accumulation of blood stasis,syndrome caused by accumulation for a long time,meridians fever caused by heat and blood stasis for a long time,infertility caused by blood stasis and blood stasis.But in the course of the disease,there are often other syndromes,such as qi stagnation,phlegm dampness,cold coagulation,yure,Qi deficiency,kidney deficiency,etc.2.A total of 151 cases of endometriosis treated by Professor Han Bing were collected and 955 prescriptions were made.Including phlegm There are 571 syndrome of blood stasis,139 of which are qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome,102 of which are kidney deficiency and blood stasis syndrome,56 of which are Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome,52 of which are damp heat stasis syndrome,35 of which are cold coagulation and blood stasis syndrome.Conclusion: 1.In the process of syndrome differentiation and treatment of endometriosis,the famous Gynecologists of Jingu combined disease differentiation with syndrome differentiation.They believed that the disease was mainly caused by blood stasis syndrome,and combined with patients' symptoms to examine deficiency and excess of cold and heat,or warm,or clear,or supplement,or act,all of them aimed at regulating menstruation,relieving pain,eliminating symptoms,and helping pregnancy.As Jingu is located in the north,it is easy to suffer from cold pathogen.In the period of hailitan Professor,one of the main symptoms of endometriosis,dysmenorrhea,is more common in cold nature.However,in modern times,due to the improvement of people's living standard and the acceleration of life rhythm,dysmenorrhea of qi stagnation and blood stasis type has become more common,which also makes doctors focus on the understanding of the pathogenesis of this disease.According to the famous gynecologists in Jingu,blood stasis is the main cause of the first disease of endometriosis.Combined with other symptoms of the patient,syndrome differentiation mainly includes qi stagnation and blood stasis,cold coagulation and blood stasis,dampness and heat stasis,kidney deficiency and blood stasis,phlegm dampness and blood stasis.The disease is mostly located in the lower energizer,involving liver,kidney and spleen,and the disease is characterized by multiple deficiency.Jingu gynaecologists mainly treat one disease of endometriosis by promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis,and regulating qi,resolving phlegm,relieving depression,warming meridians,clearing heat,tonifying kidney and so on.2.Professor Han Bing took "promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis,softening and resolving stasis" as the main method in the treatment of endometriosis,and "Futongning" as the main prescription.According to the syndrome of phlegm and blood stasis,qi stagnation and blood stasis,kidney deficiency and blood stasis,Qi deficiency and blood stasis,damp heat and blood stasis,cold coagulation and blood stasis,and combined with the patient's main complaint,Professor Han Bing focused on pain relief,syndrome elimination and pregnancy assistance.Through association rules and cluster analysis,the core drug pairs and common combinations of Professor Han Bing in the treatment of endometriosis were obtained,which provided a new idea for clinical treatment of endometriosis. |
