Research PurposeTaking patients with cardiac neurosis as research objects,we discuss the distribution pattern of physical types of these patients. We use the three-distinguishing diagnosis model of "distinguishing body constitution, distinguishing syndrome, distinguishing disease" to observe the clinical effect. We summarize the clinical experience of Director Tang Yi in treating CN patients to provide a new clinical basis for the treatment of CN using three-distinguishing diagnosis model.Research MethodThis study used a cross-sectional study method to allow patients to fill in data collection forms, the patients were evaluated and recorded by the Physical Identification Scale,Symptom Score Scale The symptoms score scale was re-tested after 8 weeks of treatment.Compare the changes of each scale data before and after treatment.Oral decoction is the medicine used by Director Tang Yi applying three-distinguishing diagnosis model. All data were counted using SPSS17.0.Research ResultA total of 50 cases were included in this study, and a total of 50 patients were included in the study,of which 14 were males, accounting for 28%;36 were females, accounting for 72%.The average age of CN patients was 41.64 ± 7.50.The female patients were 16-74 years old, with an average age of 41.75 ± 7.50;the males were 19-64 years old, with an average age of41.36 ± 9.00.Among the 50 patients with CN,17 cases belong to youth group, accounting for34%;27 cases belong to middle age group, accounting for 54%;6 cases belong to senior group, accounting for 12%.The proportion of CN patients' body constitution types from high to low is Qi deficiency, yang deficiency,qi depression,normal,dampness-heat,phlegm-dampness,yin deficiency, blood stasis, and specific. The distribution of the syndrome types of CN patients from high to low is as follows: deficiency of qi of heart and gallbladder, disturbance of the heart by phlegmatic fire,heart-yang deficiency, fire excess from yin deficiency, insufficiency of heart blood, stasis of heart vessel,water-rheum intimidating the heart.Among the sample population, there were 26 cases of single syndrome type, accountingfor 52%;24 cases of compound syndrome type, accounting for 48%.Among the sample population,17 were excess syndrome, accounting for 34%;16 were deficiency syndrome, accounting for 32%;16 were combination of both, accounting for 32%.Analysis Conclusion1.The disease is more common, and the incidence is higher in women and young people, especially in menopausal women.2.Qi deficiency, yang deficiency, and qi depression are the most common types of body constitution in patients with CN.Patients with qi depression CN are more prone to anxiety;patients with phlegm-wet dampness CN are more likely to have depression;patients with qi-deficiency are more prone to have CN discomfort.3.The distribution of syndrome types from high to low is as follows: deficiency of qi of heart and gallbladder, disturbance of the heart by phlegmatic fire,heart-yang deficiency, fire excess from yin deficiency, insufficiency of heart blood, stasis of heart vessel,water-rheum intimidating the heart. This survey shows that the distribution of syndromes of different genders is irregular, and the distribution of syndromes of different ages is irregular. The majority of patients in the clinical manifestations are mixed syndromes or single syndromes. There are statistical differences in the syndrome types between different genders.Female patients with CN are more likely to have deficiency syndrome, combination of excess and deficiency syndrome;while male patients with CN are more likely to have excess syndromes.4.The top three frequencies of body constitution and syndrome types combination from high to low is: qi deficiency with deficiency of qi of heart and gallbladder,qi deficiency with disturbance of the heart by phlegmatic fire,qi deficiency with fire excess from yin deficiency, yang deficiency with deficiency of qi of heart and gallbladder.5.The five most common symptoms of CN patients from high to low are: palpitations, fatigue, insomnia, irritability, nervousness and anxiety.Heart palpitations, fatigue, and insomnia are the most common clinical symptoms that plague CN patients, and the symptoms of fatigue and fatigue ease slowly.Emotional problems also become the main clinical problems that plague CN patients.6.After 8 weeks of treatment, the degree of improvement in the efficacy of each body constitution from high to low is: phlegm dampness, blood stasis,qi deficiency, yangdeficiency,qi depression, normal, yin deficiency, and dampness-heat.The degree of improvement of the efficacy of each type of syndrome from high to low is as follows:water-rheum intimidating the heart, stasis of heart vessel,heart-yang deficiency/ fire excess from yin deficiency, deficiency of qi of heart and gallbladder, disturbance of the heart by phlegmatic fire, insufficiency of heart blood.7.The overall effective rate of CN patients before and after treatment was 80%,and the significant and effective occupies the majority, accounting for 76%.This result shows that the three-distinguishing diagnosis model has practical clinical effect on CN.
