Objective: to investigate the current status of enteral nutrition caregivers with crohn's disease in the framework of a ABC-X family stress theory. To analyze the correlation between the care ability and the care burden, social support and self-efficacy of the home enteral nutrition caregivers with crohn's disease, and to explore the self-evaluation and experience of the care ability of the family intestinal caregivers with crohn's disease in the care process through qualitative research. In order to meet the needs of crohn's disease family enteral nutrition care providers in the future, education, training related data. Methods: the research mainly divided into two parts, the first part is the quantitative study, based on the theory of ABC-X model, using the convenience sampling method, crohn's disease for a certain 3 armour hospital home enteral nutrition caregivers, the questionnaire survey to investigate the content includes: crohn's disease and home enteral nutrition caregivers of general demographic information background information(care);Family Caregiver Task Inventory(FCTI);The Caregiver Burden Inventory(CBI);Social Support Rating Scale(SSRS);General self-efficay scale(GSES),the collected questionnaire and scale data were recorded into Excel2010,and descriptive statistics,t-test,one-way analysis of variance,Pearson correlation analysis were conducted by using spss19.0.Finally,the significant variables in the above data and care ability were analyzed by multiple linear regression. The second part is qualitative research, which adopts semi-structured in-depth interview and colaizzi seven-step analysis method to sort out and analyze the collected interview data and conclude relevant topics. In this part,6 case data are included to supplement the qualitative research results.Results:1.A total of 162 patients with crohn's disease received total enteral nutrition care(25.34±7.37),with the highest response and assistance score(5.46±2.53).2.One-way anova of demographic data of crohn's disease showed that there was a statistically significant difference in care ability in disease severity(CDAI score)(P <0.05).3.One-way anova of demographic data of crohn's disease patients with family enteral nutrition showed that there were statistically significant differences in care ability in terms of age, education level, health status, understanding of disease, and understanding of family enteral nutrition care(P < 0.05).4.In Pearson correlation analysis, the total score of care ability and total score of care burden of caregivers were positive(r=0.192,P < 0.05),negative correlated with total score of social support(r=-0.346,P < 0.01),and negative correlated with general self-efficacy of caregivers(r=-0.339,P < 0.05).5.Crohn's disease home enteral nutrition care care ability of multi-factor analysis, according to the results of the age of the severity of the disease patients, caregivers, emotional burden and positive correlated with caregivers care ability, and caregivers to be aware of the disease, the degree of understanding of home enteral nutrition care negative related, objective support, general self-efficacy,the difference is statistically significant6.Three topics were summarized in the qualitative interview: caregivers' negative emotional reactions: confusion and anxiety;Lack of care knowledge: lack of disease knowledge;Lack of home enteral nutrition knowledge;Explore ways to improve the ability to care and seek professional guidance.Conclusions:1.The general level of enteral nutrition care in crohn's disease patients is low and needs to be further improved2.The ability to care for patients with crohn's disease with home enteral nutrition is related to the severity of the disease, the age of the caregiver, the caregiver's understanding of the disease, the knowledge of enteral nutrition care at home, emotional burden, objective support and general self-efficacy.3.The self-evaluation of the care ability of the enteral nutrition caregivers in the crohn's disease family is in line with the actual situation, and various targeted measures to improve the care ability are urgently needed.
