Research On The Application Of Commercial Medical Insurance In Targeted Poverty Alleviation

With the deepening of poverty alleviation,with the help of a series of targeted assistance measures,the production and living conditions and material security level of the poor people have been greatly improved.At present,China’s existing basic medical insurance for urban workers,basic medical insurance for urban and rural residents and serious illness insurance,supplemented by temporary relief measures,is a social medical security network.However,to a certain extent,the network of medical security is not strict enough,the level of medical security of poor households needs to be improved,and the situation of poverty caused by illness still happens from time to time.In recent years,some local governments have explored the government led introduction of commercial medical insurance services for targeted poverty alleviation,so as to improve the medical security level of the poor people and solve the problem of poverty caused by illness in the targeted poverty alleviation.Some good results have been achieved,but there are also some problems in the specific implementation.From the perspective of targeted poverty alleviation,this paper studies the use of commercial medical insurance by county government to solve the problem of poverty caused by illness in precision poverty alleviation.Combined with case analysis and summary,it is considered that the application of commercial medical insurance in targeted poverty alleviation has innovated the way of targeted poverty alleviation,improved the use efficiency of poverty alleviation funds,improved the medical security level of poor people,and enriched the application of market-oriented tools in targeted poverty alleviation.However,there are still some problems,such as weak willingness of insurance institutions to participate,insufficient supply of insurance services,and poor operation of implementation The problem of insufficient stamina for smooth and sustainable development.Therefore,measures should be taken from four aspects:optimizing work coordination mechanism,improving incentive mechanism,promoting policy coordination mechanism,and strengthening publicity and promotion,so as to enhance the effectiveness of targeted poverty alleviation of commercial medical insurance.The development of targeted poverty alleviation commercial medical insurance will help to establish a more perfect poverty alleviation medical security system,provide more solid medical security for the poor,fundamentally solve the problem of poverty caused by illness,and build a more solid foundation for building a moderately prosperous society in an all-round way.
