The Clinical Effect Of Trevo Stent Thrombectomy In The Treatment Of Acute Ischemic Stroke With Large Vessel Occlusion

Objective: To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of Trevo stent in acute ischemic stroke with large vessel occlusive(AIS-LVO).Methods : Randomly selected from cerebrovascular disease branch in October 2017 to October 2019 admitted during the period of acute vascular occlusive cerebral apoplexy patients 110 cases,according to the different methods of block patency these patients randomly divided into observation group(54 cases)and control group(56 cases),based on the observation group,intravenous thrombolysis for the treatment of combined with Trevo stents should,in the control group for simply using atenolol enzyme intravenous thrombolysis treatment.Statistical analysis was performed to compare the NIHSS score,improved mRS score,90 d neurological function recovery effect,vascular recanslation rate and intracranial hemorrhage before and after treatment in the two groups.Results: After treatment,the NIHSS and mRS scores in Trevo stent thrombolysis group were significantly lower than those in intravenous thrombolysis group(P<0.05).The vascular recanalization rate of Trevo group was 88.89%(48/54),which was significantly higher than that of intravenous thrombolysis group 23.21%(13/56)(P<0.05).The incidence of intracranial hemorrhage 22.23%(12/54)was significantly lower than that of the intravenous thrombolysis group 35.71%(20/56)(P<0.05).After 3 months of treatment,53.70%(29/54)of patients in the Trevo stent group had a good prognosis(mRS 0-2),and the overall effective rate of prognosis was 87.04%(47/54),which was significantly higher than that in the intravenous thrombolysis group 35.71%(20/56)(P<0.05).Conclusions: Acute vascular occlusion in ischemic stroke treatment on the basis of venous thrombolysis in visibility Trevo stents as the core,supplemented by balloon dilatation,stent angioplasty,suction,and technical assistance should such as SWIM,can the shortest time to open blocked blood vessels,reduce blood clots escape,restore blood flow to brain tissue reperfusion,save ischemia half dark with nerve tissue,its clinical efficacy is safe and effective,is the treatment of acute vascular occlusive cerebral infarction of the effective means,is worth popularizing in clinical use.
