At present,lung cancer is a serious threat to human health.Its morbidity and mortality are the highest among all malignant tumors,while lung adenocarcinoma is the most common in lung cancer cases.Although the research on lung adenocarcinoma is constantly improving,its pathogenesis is still unclear,and treatment methods need to be improved.Many studies have to prove that the genes and miRNA express plays an important role in the occurrence and development of diseases.All the analysis and research on lung adenocarcinoma-related genes and miRNA are helpful for prevention and treatment.The genes expression data and miRNAs expression data are all from the TCGA database,this paper screened out 7072 differentially expressed genes and 548 differentially expressed miRNAs,and enrichment analysis of differentially expressed genes was performed to explore their molecular functions,signaling pathways,biological processes and cellular components.Based on differentially expressed genes and differentially expressed mirnas,weighted co-expression network analysis was performed to explore relevant modules and related mirnas and genes in order to explore the association with lung adenocarcinoma.After research and analysis,it was found that in Age I(45-59),the differential expression of LOC107985317,KIRREL2,AHSP,NKX6-3,SPATA21,APOL5,OR7C1,LINC00403 genes is associated with smoking,which leads to the generation and development of lung adenocarcinoma.It was found in Age?(75-89)that the differential expression of LINC01615,CTHRC1,TMEM158,ADAM12,SYNDIG1,COL11A1,COL5A2,MIR3606,and THY1 in the royalblue module was related to smoking.The LINC01978,DUOX2,NPC1L1,DUOXA2,LOC105375166,CALHM3,MUC17 genes in the darkred module and the PSCA,XXYLT1-AS2,REG4,PRSS3,LINC01819,ANXA10,and B3GALT5-AS1 genes in the tan module are all related to the ALK translocation status.After miRNA analysis and research,four hubmiRNAs were found,namely hsa-miR-192-5p,hsa-miR-194-5p,hsamiR-192-3p and hsa-miR-215-5p,which are believed to be related to the lung glands.The location of cancer tumors is related.These hub-genes and hub-miRNAs have a certain regulatory effect on the occurrence and development of lung adenocarcinoma,and may be potential biomarkers of lung adenocarcinoma,providing references for drug development and targeted therapy.
