exacerbation of bronchiectasis,92 cases were treated with the combination of Chinese medicine and Western medicine,and 25 cases were treated only by conventional western medicine.The ratio of men and women is 19:27 of the integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine group,14:11 of the western medicine group.The mean age of 92 patients was 67.Mean body mass index of 92 cases in the combined group was 220.20 ± 0.227,and 25 cases were 19.96 ± 0.334.The sputum culture of 60 patients with bronchiectasis of an integrated group of Chinese medicine and Western Medicine showed the normal flora,65.2%,two cases were Pseudomonas aeruginosa,Klebsiella pneumoniae,Citrobacter Klebsiella and Enterobacter cloacae.1.1% accounting.In the western medicine group,sputum culture of bronchiectasis patients was normal in 15 cases,occupied 60%,and Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Klebsiella pneumoniae were detected in 1 case,and occupied 4%.Sputum culture was not observed in other patients.2.3.Combination of the addition of groups of Chinese and Western medicine: Traditional Chinese medicine is dialectically used based on traditional treatment of Western medicine.Commonly used decreased after the combination of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine and treatment of Western medicine.The difference between the two groups before and after treatment was statistically significant.The difference between the two groups after treatment was statistically significant.The effectiveness of treatment of Integrated Chinese medicine and Western medicine group was 95.7%,and it was significantly higher than 80% in the western medicine group.2)the number of acute exacerbation: the average number of aggravating numbers of Integrated Chinese medicine and significant,but there was no significant difference between the two groups after treatment.Conclusion: According to the study,the prospective distribution of acute weight bronchiectasis shows that the
