An Analysis Of Tobacco Control Policy In Nanchang From The Perspective Of Smith Model

The city's tobacco control policy began in the 1990 s,and since China's accession to the International Framework Convention on Tobacco Control in 2006,Nanchang has formally implemented a total ban on smoking in public places.After many years of unremitting efforts,Nanchang public places ban tobacco publicity,smoking harm knowledge education,ban tobacco advertising and other aspects have achieved certain results and development.On the whole,however,there exist some problems such as unclear policies,imperfect details and weak enforcement of tobacco control in Nanchang public places.Smith model,this paper,through the questionnaire survey,interview,investigation and analysis of Nanchang city tobacco control work situation,family planning department of public health of the masses to participate in the questionnaire to fill out the satisfaction degree of the attitude toward smoking cessation and tobacco control law enforcement,etc.,analyzed the Nanchang existing tobacco control law enforcement situation,understands the problems existing in the tobacco control law enforcement process,and from the idealized policy during the process of policy implementation,enforcement agencies,target groups and environmental factors from four aspects to discuss the reasons of the existence of these problems.Therefore,it is necessary to organize the compilation of the Tobacco Control Regulations,formulate a more detailed and feasible implementation plan,organically combine the tobacco control work and patriotic health work,and deeply integrate the implementation of tobacco control action into the establishment and construction of healthy towns.With young people as the target group and in line with the normal situation of epidemic prevention and control,we will innovate ways and methods of tobacco control publicity,fully mobilize various social resources,and create a good atmosphere for all people to participate in tobacco control and share health.
