Objective:To investigate whether clinicopathological parameters were different between schistosomiasis ovum deposited colorectal cancer patients and those without schistosomiasis ovum deposited colorectal cancer patients,to provide reference for the treatment and prognosis of patients. Methods:This project will collect all of 414 colorectal carcinoma patients treated in pathology department from March 2018 to August 2019 including 63 patients with schistosomiasis egg deposition and 351 patients without schistosomiasis egg deposits.First basic history of every patient with colorectal cancer(gender, age)are collected, and then the histomorphology of each case observation, statistics of the basic pathological parameters. Then them supplemented by immunohistochemical stain mark4 kinds of mismatch repair proteins, the final data sorting, statistics, analysis contains schistosomiasis eggs deposited colorectal cancer group and does not contain schistosomiasis eggs deposited colorectal cancer clinical pathological parameters of the differences between groups.Came to the conclusion. Results:Among the 414 patients with colorectal cancer,63 patients(15.2%)in the colorectal cancer group containing schistosomiasis eggs deposits. While 351 patients(84.8%)in the colorectal cancer did not containing schistosomiasis eggs deposits. There were 47 males and 16 females in the colorectal cancer did not contain schistosomiasis eggs deposits group, and 199 males and 152 females in the colorectal cancer did not containing schistosomiasis eggs deposits group(?~2=7.1039,P=0.0077).There were 45patients(71.4%)and 18 patients(28.6%)aged?65 years in the group colorectal cancer containing schistosomiasis eggs deposits, and 172 patients(49%)aged?65 years in the colorectal cancer did not contain schistosomiasis eggs deposits group, and 179 patients(51%)aged<65 years(?~2=10.7699,P=0.0010).There were 52 cases of common adenocarcinoma(82.5%),11 cases of mucinous adenocarcinoma(17.5%),317 cases(90.3%),and 34 cases(9.7%)of mucinous adenocarcinoma(?~2=3.3317,P=0.0679)in the Colorectal cancer did not containing schistosomiasis eggs deposits group.Colorectal cancer containing schistosomiasis eggs deposits group of HDA in 1 case(1.6%),MDA(including MCA)51 cases(80.9%),LDA 11 cases(17.5%),Colorectal cancer did not contain schistosomiasis eggs deposits group HDA 7 cases(2.0%),MDA of 226 cases(64.4%),118 cases of LDA(33.6%)(?~2=6.712,P=0.03488).Colorectal cancer containing schistosomiasis eggs deposits group general types ulcer 42 cases(66.7%),uplift type 20 cases(31.7%),infiltrating type 1 case(1.6%).Colorectal cancer did not contain schistosomiasis eggs deposits group general type ulcer type 247 cases(70.4%),uplift type 95 cases(27.1%),infiltrating type 9 cases(2.5%),there was no statistically significant difference between the two(?~2=0.7372,P=0.6917).Colorectal cancer containing schistosomiasis eggs deposits group of lymph node metastasis of colorectal cancer N0 stage of 39 cases(61.9%),16 cases(25.4%),N1 N2 8 cases(12.7%),Colorectal cancer did not contain schistosomiasis eggs deposits group of lymph node metastasis of colorectal cancer N0 stage in 191 cases(54.4%),N1,97 cases(27.6%),N2 63 cases(18.0%)(?~2=1.4958,P=0.4734).In the group of colorectal cancer containing schistosomiasis eggs deposits, there were 5(7.9%)patients with invasion depth at Stage T1-2,50(79.4%)patients at Stage T3,and 8(12.7%)patients at stage T4.In the group of colorectal cancer did not contain schistosomiasis eggs deposits, there were 72(20.5%)patients at stage T1-2,243(69.2%)patients at stage T3,and 36(10.3%)patients at stage T4(?~2=5.6170,P=0.0603).Colorectal cancer containing schistosomiasis eggs deposits group of distant metastasis,1 case(1.6%),colorectal cancer did not contain schistosomiasis eggs deposits distant metastasis10 cases(2.8%)of the colorectal cancer group(?~2=0.3287,P=0.5664).There were 17 cases(27.0%)of nerve invasion in the colorectal cancer containing schistosomiasis eggs deposits group.and 71 cases(20.2%)of nerve invasion in the colorectal cancer group without schistosomiasis eggs deposit(?~2=1.4566,P=0.2275).There were 13 cases(20.6%)of the colorectal cancer group with schistosomiasis eggs deposit in the vessels, and 61cases(20.2%)of the colorectal cancer group without schistosomiasis egg deposit in the vessels(?~2=0.1958,P=0.6581).There were 4 cases(6.3%)of mismatch repair protein deficiency in the colorectal cancer containing schistosomiasis eggs deposits group,and25 cases(7.1%)of mismatch repair protein deficiency in the colorectal cancer did not contain schistosomiasis eggs deposits group(?~2=0.0490,P=0.8248).Conclusion:1.The proportion of colorectal cancer with schistosomiasis egg deposition was higher in males aged?65 years old and 65-80 years old, suggesting that elderly male patients with schistosomiasis egg deposition may need to pay more attention to digestive tract examination.2.The proportion of low-differentiated adenocarcinoma in colorectal cancer patients with schistosomiasis egg deposition is higher, suggesting that it may have a worse prognosis.3.Mismatch repair defects(dMMR)showed no statistical difference between colorectal cancer with and without schistosomiasis egg deposition, suggesting that dMMR may not be a risk factor for schistosomiasis induced colorectal cancer.
