With the economic development and the improvement of people's living standards,people have higher requirements for medical health,and the structure of medical supply and demand has changed.The existing medical and health conditions can no longer meet people's needs.Alleviating the contradiction between medical supply and demand through computer technology and artificial intelligence is an important way for China to realize modernization in the medical field.To explore the application of artificial intelligence technology in the medical field,this article designs and implements a Chinese-language automatic question answering system for the medical field.Users can interact with the system through words.The system uses natural language processing and text analysis to judge the user's condition from the current database.Select the best solution and return it to the user.The purpose of the Chinese automatic question answering system for the medical field is to make full use of existing medical data,so that patients can interact with the computer to obtain medical answers by entering text questions,thereby reducing the pressure on the medical service system.The main tasks of this article are as follows:(1)Aiming at the problems of large volume of medical question answering data and difficulty in training,a multi-granularity hybrid neural network model based on the Dynamic Generation Mechanism of Negative Samples(DGMNS)was designed.The model combines a convolutional neural network based on word granularity and character granularity to construct a sentence encoder.Compared with other models,the hybrid model proposed in this paper achieves better results on existing medical question and answer data.(2)A Chinese question answering system for the medical field is realized.Based on the analysis and design of the system,the system is mainly divided into three parts:web interaction,background support and data storage.Finally,the various parts are merged to enable the user to interact with the system and obtain the corresponding medical diagnosis function.
