Objective: To explore and discuss the risk factors of apoplexy associated pneumonia(SAP),so as to provide reference and basis for formulating reasonable control plan for SAP prevention and treatment in clinical work? Methods: A total of 98 stroke patients hospitalized in the icu and emergency icu of the Department of Neurosurgery and Respiratory Medicine of our hospital during the period of 2 years from January 2015 to January 2017 were collected as research objects, and were divided into SAP group and non-SAP group according to the occurrence of SAP ? Two groups of patients with general information collection(age, gender history of smoking and drinking past medical history basic diseases, etc.)test results(vital signs in the arterial blood gas oxygen partial pressure albumin levels BNP D-dimer leucocyte counts neutrophil percentage lymphocyte percentage ratio of neutrophils and lymphocytes)disease status indicators(stroke severity stroke part area of nature consciousness swallowing function)treatment related data(indwelling gastric tube endotracheal intubation antibiotics usage antacids The indicators with statistically significant differences between the two groups(P<0.05)were incorporated into the Logistic multivariate regression analysis model,so as to explore and study independent risk factors for the occurrence of apoplexy associated pneumonia?Results:(1)Among 98 stroke patients,31 cases developed SAP,the incidence rate was 31.63%.(2)Comparison of various indicators between SAP group and non-SAP group, age, body mass(BMI),stroke history, albumin, white blood cell count(WBC),neutrophil percentage(N),lymphocyte percentage(L)There were statistically significant differences in the ratio of neutrophils to lymphocytes(NLR),stroke area, state of consciousness, swallowing function, stroke severity, tracheal intubation, preventive antibiotics, and ICU treatment time(P<0.05).(3)Logistic multivariate regression analysis showed that age ? 65 years,WBC,NLR increased, coma, swallowing dysfunction, stroke severity, preventive antibiotics, prolonged ICU time were independently associated with SAP(OR>1,P<0.05).Conclusion: The incidence of SAP in stroke patients is relatively high, and the present study found that the increased WBC and NLR of 65-year-old patients with comatose swallowing dysfunction, the severity of stroke and the prolonged ICU duration of preventive antibiotics are independent risk factors for SAP?...
