| Purpose:To explore the difference of curative effect of prefabricated free flap in repairing heel soft tissue injury,and analyze the advantages and disadvantages of prefabricated free flap in heel soft tissue injury,so as to provide the basis for the clinical application of this operation.method:From January 2014 to December 2018,18 cases of heel soft tissue injury in our hospital were analyzed retrospectively.Among them,8 cases were repaired with prefabricated free skin flap,and 10 cases were repaired with free anterolateral femoral free skin flap.After the operation,the recovery time of the two groups of flaps,the score of lower extremity afoas,two-point discrimination,overall excellent rate and complications were compared SPSS 23.0 software was used for t-test.result:There was no significant difference in gender,age,injury side and follow-up time between the two methods(P > 0.05).In the postoperative results,the recovery time,the score of lower extremity afoas and the overall excellent and good rate of prefabricated free flap were better than those of anterolateral femoral flap(P < 0.05).There was no significant difference in two-point discrimination,flap blood supply and complications between the two groups(P > 0.05).Conclusion:The use of prefabricated free flap can promote the recovery of heel function,which is worth popularizing. |
