Objective:To analyze the related risk factors of amputation in type 2 diabetes mellitus and provide reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment. Methods:A total of 245 patients with type 2 diabetic foot who were hospitalized in our hospital from January 1,2016 to May 31,2019 were selected. The amputation group was divided into the amputation group(n=86)and the non-amputation group(n=159).General information of all patients was collected: gender, age, occupation, place of residence, education, course of disease,Wanger classification,etc.D-dimer,albumin,HIGH-density lipoprotein,C-reactive protein, fibrinogen, hemoglobin, triglyceride levels,low-density lipoprotein, procalcitonin, and lower extremity vascular color doppler ultrasound were recorded in each group. To observe the incidence of limb infection, amputation and ulcer. To analyze the risk factors of amputation of diabetic foot. Results:In the amputation group, there were 53 males and 33 females with an average age of(58.0±10.3)years.In the non-amputation group, there were 95 males and 64 females with an average age of(61.0±8.2)years.1.There were no significant differences between the amputation group and the non-amputation group in terms of gender, diabetes course and previous medical history; There were statistically significant differences in age, residence and education(P<0.05).2.The proportion of Wagner at or above grade 3 in the amputation group was 87.2%,while that of Wagner at or above grade 3 in the non-amputation group was 33.33%.Wagner's classification of risk was significantly higher in the amputation group than in the non-amputation group.3.There were statistically significant differences in total protein, serum albumin,HIGH-density lipoprotein cholesterol,low-density lipoprotein cholesterol,calcitonin,C-reactive protein,fibrinogen,D-dimer,total cholesterol, and triacylglycerol between the amputation and non-amputation groups(P <0.001).4.Logistic regression analysis showed that triglycerides(OR=10.323,P=0.023),high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(OR=3.171,P=0.034),low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(OR=43.130,P<0.001),C-reactive protein(OR=1.060,P=0.034),albumin(OR=0.750,P=0.012)and D-dimer(OR=1.376,P<0.001)were closely related to amputation in diabetic foot patients.Conclusion:1.Age,residence and education of diabetic foot patients are influencing factors for amputation of diabetic foot patients.2.The longer the course of diabetic foot, the higher the Wanger grade, which is a serious factor affecting the amputation of diabetic foot.3.Combination of triglycerides,HDL cholesterol,LDL cholesterol,C-reactive protein, albumin and D-dimer is a risk factor for diabetic foot amputation.
