Iodine is an essential trace element that cannot be synthesized by the human body,and is called "intellectual element".The X area along the coast of Fujian was historically an iodine deficiency disease area,and there were also endemic goiter caused by local water-borne high iodine.It was the only water-borne high iodine disease area at that time.In 1995,the salt iodization policy was fully implemented nationwide.In 2000,Zone X reached the goal of eliminating iodine deficiency disorders.In 2012,according to the “Notice on Doing a Good Job in Implementing the Standards for the Iodine Content of Edible Salt” issued by the Ministry of Health and other eight ministries and commissions,the iodine content of edible salt in Fujian Province was adjusted to 25 mg/kg±30%.This paper randomly selected school-age children and pregnant women in the X area as the research object to detect urine iodine level,investigate their family iodized salt intake level,urine iodine level,dietary habits,monitor their family drinking water iodine content,apply single factor analysis and more Factor Logistic stepwise regression model analyzes the factors affecting urinary iodine,and provides a basis for understanding the iodine nutrition level after the implementation of the new standard salt in 2012.The survey analysis shows that the median family iodized salt of children aged 8-10 years in Zone X from 2016 to 2018 was 22.4 mg/kg,23.8 mg/kg,and 24.4 mg/kg;the family iodized salt of pregnant women in Zone X from 2016 to 2018 The medians are 24.05 mg/kg,24.60 mg/kg,and 24.45 mg/kg,which are in line with national control standards;the iodine content of the water at the end of the municipal pipe network in Zone X in 2018 is less than 10 ?g/L;Zone 8 in 2016-2018 The median urinary iodine of children aged-10 years old is between 100-200 ?g/L;the median urine iodine of pregnant women in area X in 2016-2018 is less than 150 ?g/L;the difference in urine iodine level among different iodized salt levels groups;Logistic regression analysis of the results of the questionnaire survey and urine iodine concentration showed that parents' education level,salting time,and eating taste preference were related to urine iodine.Among the low urine iodine concentration group,the higher the parent's education level,the higher the child's urine iodine concentration.Children with high iodine time have high urinary iodine concentration,and the more salt they eat in taste preference,the higher their urine iodine.In the high urinary iodine concentration group,the higher the education level of the parents,the higher the urinary iodine concentration of children.The survey found that the iodine nutrition level of children aged 8-10 in the X area is in a suitable state,and the iodine nutrition level of pregnant women is insufficient.It is recommended that the monitoring of pregnant women's iodine nutrition level be included in the annual routine monitoring task,and increase the monitoring of thyroglobulin to assess the risk of iodine deficiency;strengthen the popularization of the use of iodized salt;strengthen the knowledge promotion of the correct use of iodized salt,and eliminate the residents' Do not eat seafood iodized salt wrong thinking,improve iodized salt coverage.
