| Objective :To study the expression of n-α-acetyltransferase 10 protein(h Ard1)in human Esophageal Squamous-Cell Carcinoma(ESCC)cells and its influence on the invasion and proliferation of ESCC,so as to provide some experimental and theoretical basis for the further study of ESCC precise treatment. Methods :1.ESCC cell culture,q RT-PCR method to detect the expression level of h Ard1,2.The constructed plasmids were transfected to ESCC cells to make the expression level of h Ard1 in ESCC cells different,MTT method to detect the cell proliferation, scratch test and Transwell method to detect the cell invasiveness of each group.3.Spss20.0 was used to analyze the expression of h Ard1 and its correlation with the proliferation, invasion and metastasis of ESCC cells. Results :1.The expression of h Ard1 in ESCC cells was high.2.When the expression level of h Ard1 increased, the proliferation of ESCC cells decreased, while when the expression level of h Ard1 decreased, the proliferation of ESCC cells increased.3,when the expression level of h Ard1 increased, the invasiveness and metastasis ability of ESCC cells decreased, while when the expression level of h Ard1 decreased, the invasiveness and metastasis ability of ESCC cells increased. Conclusion :The high expression of h Ard1 in ESCC cells.h Ard1 is negatively correlated with the proliferation of ESCC cells, and negatively correlated with the invasiveness and metastasis of ESCC cells. |
