Objective:To understand the status of family function and physical activity and their influencing factors in patients with type 2 diabetes,to explore the relationship between family function and physical activity, and to introduce exercise self-efficacy,further analyze of the influence path of family function on physical activity. To help nursing staff to clarify the impact of family function on the level of physical activity, and provide theoretical basis for improving the level of physical activity, providing a new entry point for scholars to intervene in physical activity of type 2 diabetics in the future. Methods:Questionnaire sampling method:Using the convenience sampling method,a questionnaire survey was conducted on 306 patients with type 2 diabetes who were hospitalized within 2 days from a tertiary hospital of Shihezi from December 2018 to March 2019.Statistical analysis method:SPSS19.0 software was used for data analysis.Statistical description of the status of family function and physical activity of patients with type 2 diabetes,Counting data was described by rate or frequency(composition ratio); The measurement data conforms to the normal distribution was described by the mean±standard deviation.,it was described by M(P25,P75)if it does not conform to the normal distribution.Influencing factors were explored using chi-square analysis and binary logistic regression analysis to explore the influencing factors of family function and physical activity standards.Research on the relationship between family function and physical activity:The correlation analysis conforming to the normal distribution uses Pearson correlation analysis, and the non-normal distribution uses Spearman correlation analysis;Model 4 in the PROCESS program developed by Hayes(2013)examines the mediating role of exercise self-efficacy between family function and physical activity.Results:(1)Status of family function and its influencing factors:family function score of diabetic patients was(7.23±1.89)points;209 cases(68.3%)had good family function, and 84 cases(27.5%)had moderate function. There were 13 cases(4.2%)with severe disorders.Presence of anxiety and/or depression,on-the-job and no health insurance were risk factors for family dysfunction.(2)Physical activity in type 2 diabetics and its influencing factors:The median total physi cal activity was 1270(693,2079)MET-min-week-1,65.4%of patients did not meet the exerci se prescription requirements recommended by the Chinese Diabetes Exercise Therapy Guidelin es.Low-intensity physical activity(walking)takes the longest time per week.Female(OR=0.155,95%CI=0.089-0.271),exercise self-efficacy(OR=0.998,95%CI=0.997-0.999),family functional fi tness(OR=0.568,95%CI=0.358-0.901)were protective factors of not meeting the standard of C hinese Diabetes Exercise Therapy Guidelines.(3)The relationship between family function and physical activity:the total score of family function and each dimension are positively correlated with physical activity(P<0.01).Path analysis shows that the 95%CI of“family function→physical activity”is[-0.636,-0.043],the direct effect is significant;the 95%CI of"family function→exercise self-efficacy→physical activity"is[-0.461,-0.058],and the mediating effect is significant. The mediating effect accounted for 42.47%of the total effect. Conclusion:The type 2 diabetes patients surveyed had a low rate of reaching physical activity standard of Chinese Diabetes Exercise Guidelines.Improving the family function was of great significance to increase the compliance rate, especially family function adaptability was an important factor affecting physical activity standards.Family function not only directly promoted physical activity standards, but also indirectly promoted physical activity standards by affecting patients’exercise self-efficacy.
