Objective:By detecting serum 25-hydroxyvitamin D levels and CD4+T and CD8+T levels in children with wheezing under 6 years of age.Research1.Compare the differences in serum 25-hydroxyvitamin D levels and the levels of CD4+T and CD8+T in lymphocyte subsets between children with wheezing and normal healthy children;2.Further compare whether there is a correlation between the levels of CD4+T and CD8+T in the lymphocyte subsets and changes in 25-hydroxyvitamin D levels, therefore, the early and correct evaluation of wheezing children under 6 years of age can be further carried out to develop a reasonable and effective treatment plan, reduces the incidence of recurrent wheezing, which reduces the incidence of asthma. Methods: Select from January 2019 to October 2019 in Wuhan Children's Hospital to treat wheezing children under 6 years old.According to professor bao yixiao discussion on Establishing Chinese Asthma Diagnostic Standards for Children Under6,children with wheezing under 6 years of age were divided into the general wheezing group and the asthma group. In the same period, children under 6 years of age who underwent a physical examination in our hospital were selected as the control group. There were 62 cases in the control group,116 patients in the wheezing group.Among the wheezing group,62 were in the general wheezing group and 54 in the asthma group. They were measured 25-hydroxyvitamin D levels in the control group and the group of wheezing.39 cases in the control group and 47 cases in the wheezing group were selected, among the wheezing group,22 were in the general wheezing group and 25 were in the asthma group,CD4 +T and CD8+T levels in lymphocyte subsets of selected children were measured. All the groups of children were collected blood samples of 2ml,were centrifuged, take the serum samples and put them in the refrigerator at-70? for freezing.Used for the determination of25-(OH)D levels in serum.4ml of peripheral venous blood were collected from the enrolled children and placed in the EDTA tube to determine the levels of CD4+T and CD8+T lymphocytes SPSS 22.0 statistical software was used for statistical analysis of the obtained data.Results:1.Comparison of 25-hydroxyvitamin D levels between the wheezing group and the control group: the mean value of the wheezing group(31.64 ± 14.58ng/ml)was significantly lower than the mean of the control group(47.71±14.85ng/ml),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).2.Comparison of 25-hydroxyvitamin D levels in asthma group and general wheezing group: the mean value of the asthma group(27.90±11.22ng/ml),was significantly lower than the value of the general wheezing group(34.89±16.39ng/ml).the difference was statistically significant(P=0.008).3.Comparison of CD4+T and CD8+T levels between wheezing group and control group: the mean value of CD4+T in the wheezing group(40.99±7.61%)was significantly higher than the mean value of the control group(36.85±10.88%),the difference was statistically significant(P=0.049).The mean value of CD8 in the wheezing group(15.79±7.08%)was significantly lower than the mean in the control group(20.70±5.61%),the difference was statistically significant(P=0.001).4.Comparison of CD4+T and CD8+T levels in general asthma group and wheezing group: the mean value of the CD4+T in the asthma group(43.08±2.37)was higher than the mean value of the general wheezing group(38.62±10.46%),the difference was not statistically significant(P = 0.063>0.05).The mean value of the CD8 in the asthma group(12.72±5.14%)was significantly lower than the value of the general wheezing group(19.29±7.45%),the difference was statistically significant(P=0.001).5.There was a moderate negative correlation between CD4+T levels and25-hydroxyvitamin D levels, the correlation coefficient was-0.331 and P = 0.002.There was a low positive correlation between CD8+T level and 25-hydroxyvitamin D level, the correlation coefficient was 0.233,P = 0.031.Conclusions:1.Serum 25-hydroxyvitamin D levels in wheezing children were significantly lower than in healthy children, and the serum 25-hydroxyvitamin D level in children with asthma was significantly lower than that in children with general wheezing.Low levels of 25-hydroxyvitamin D are a high risk factor for children with recurrent wheezing.2.CD4+T levels in wheezing children were significantly higher than in healthy children. The level of CD8+T in wheezing children was significantly lower than that in healthy children, the CD8+T level of children in asthma group was significantly lower than that in general wheezing group.Disorders of cellular immune function may be an important factor that causes repeated wheezing in children.3.There was a negative correlation between CD4+T levels and 25-hydroxyvitamin D levels, there was a positive correlation between CD8+T levels and25-hydroxyvitamin D levels, deficiency in 25-hydroxyvitamin D levels can lead to an imbalance in cellular immune function.
