| Objective:To investigate the nutritional status of the elderly in a nursing home in nanchang and its related influencing factors,so as to provide a basis for the prevention and treatment of malnutrition among the elderly in the nursing home.Methods:A total of 99 elderly patients who were admitted to a nursing home in nanchang during March 1,2018 to September 30,2018 were included.Geriatric comprehensive assessment was conducted,and the data of patients' general condition,anthropometry and geriatric syndrome were collected.Patients were divided into good nutritional status group and malnutrition/malnutrition risk group according to the assessment score of MNA-SF.The differences between the two groups in general condition,anthropometry,frailty,Multiple drugs,mobility,sarcopenia,cognitive function,swallowing function,sleep quality,pain,urinary incontinence,anxiety,depression and other senile syndromes were compared.Results:1 There were 14 cases(14.1%)of malnutrition,40 cases(40.4%)of malnutrition risk and 45 cases(45.5%)of normal nutrition in the pension institutions.2 In the single-factor analysis,the differences in the effects of education level,BMI,CC,MAC,frailty,multiple medication and depression on nutritional status were statistically significant(p<0.05).3 Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that low educational level,frailty and low BMI were independent risk factors for malnutrition among the elderly in the nursing home.Conclusion:Malnutrition of the elderly was found in a nursing home in nanchang city.Low education level,frailty and low BMI were the independent risk factors for malnutrition of the elderly in the nursing home. |
