Objective:In order to understand the current status and risk factors of surgical site infections in the "class A first class" hospitals in a place in Jiangxi Province, and to provide a basis for the formulation of policies to prevent and control surgical site infections. Methods:Using the hospital HIS system, hospital infection management monitoring system, etc.,to collect 6 "class A first class" hospitals in a city in Jiangxi Province from January 1,2014 to December 31,2018 for five consecutive years of surgical operations to analyze the status and Change trend;adopt case-control study method to carry out univariate and multivariate logistic regression analysis on the risk factors of surgical site infection.Results:First.Of the 190,612 surgical cases collected by 6 "class A first class" hospitals for 5 consecutive years,754 cases of surgical site infections occurred with an infection rate of 0.40%;Second.In the detection of pathogens of infection cases,Gram-negative bacteria are the main ones, accounting for 54.61%;There.Through single-factor and multi-factor Logistic regression analysis, the results show that the type of anesthesia, whether the use of antimicrobial drugs during perioperative period, the duration of surgery, the type of incision, whether emergency surgery,ASA score, and NNIS score are all factors that affect the patient's site The risk factors for infection(P<0.05).Conclusion:First.The infection rate at the surgical site of the “class A first class” hospitals in this city is maintained at a low level, and the infection rate at the surgical site is0.40%,which is lower than the provincial level(0.61%)and the national average incidence level(1.39%).Second.Medical institutions should take targeted preventiveand control measures,in particular, should strengthen risk prevention and control during the perioperative period to control and prevent the occurrence of infections at the surgical site.
