Objective: To study the intestinal alarm symptoms of colorectal polyps, and to explore the prompting effect of different clinical symptoms on the diagnosis of colorectal polyps. Methods: Analyze 606 patients diagnosed with colorectal polyps who received colonoscopy and pathological examination.Collect information such as symptoms, polyp position, number, size, morphology, and pathological type at the time of consultation.Observe the clinical symptoms and the different clinical symptoms and Correlation between the risk of colorectal polyp disease, understand the distribution of the disease, and analyze the suggestive role of different clinical symptoms on the diagnosis of colorectal polyps. Results: Among 606 patients with different types of colorectal polyps, there was no statistically significant difference between the symptomatic group and the asymptomatic group(P > 0.05);Further statistical analysis of the subjects in the symptomatic group found that:the proportion of abdominal distension(73.3%,87.2%)in diameters of polyps <5mm and pedicled polyps was higher than those without abdominal distension(55.1%,70.6%),(P<0.05);The proportion of diarrhea(4.3%,13.0%)in SSA / P and inflammatory polyps was higher than that in those without diarrhea(0.2%,3.0%),(P <0.05);The proportion of hemafecia(23.8%,26.2%)in polyps with diameter ?10mm,and pedicled polyps were higher than those without hemafecia(8.0%,3.4%),(all P <0.05));The proportion of changes in bowel habits(12.3%,3.7%,12.3%,19.5%)in pedicled polyps, villous adenomas, tubular villous adenomas, and polyps ? 10 mm in diameter were higher than those without changes in bowel habits(4.1 %,0.0%,5.1%,7.2%),(all P <0.05);The proportion of anemia(3.8%,11.5%)in villous adenomas and inflammatory polyps was higher than those without anemia(0.5%,3.1%),(all P <0.05)).Logistic regression analysis results suggest that: pedicled polyps, polyps ? 10 mm in diameter increase the possibility of symptoms of blood in the stool;tubular villous adenomas increase the possibility of symptoms of changing bowel habits;inflammatory polyps increase The possibility of symptoms of anemia. Conclusions:Some clinical symptoms of colorectal polyps(Such as blood in the stool, changes in bowel habits, anemia and weight loss)may have hints on the diagnosis of colorectal polyps.
