Object:To explore the preventive effect of narrative therapy on post traumatic stress disorder(PTSD)in car accident victims.Methods:A total of 120 cases of trauma exposure after traumatic accident were included,and 60 cases were divided into the intervention group and the control group according to the parity order.General situation questionnaire,eysenck personality questionnaire(EPQ),social support rating scale(SSRS),simple coping style questionnaire(SCSQ),wechsler memory scale(wms-rc),Hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA),Hamilton depression scale(HAMD)were performed at 2d after the traumatic event.Trauma after 7 d,15 d,30 d,6 d and 90 d evaluation of HAMA and HAMD,30 d,6 d and 90 d evaluation of the symptoms of post-traumatic stress disorder assessment scale(PCLS-5),the 90 th day again evaluation WMS-RC,a traumatic event of accident exposure level of memory,anxiety,depression and PTSD symptoms such as longitudinal tests,the intervention group during the observation period for 6 times narrative therapy.Results:1.On the 90 th day after the intervention of narrative therapy,the scores of image memory,visual recognition,visual regeneration,associative memory,tactile memory,understanding memory and score of back number were higher in the intervention group than in the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).2.The scores of anxiety,depression and PTSD in the intervention group were all lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).3.The clinical symptoms of PTSD were positively correlated with gender(" 1 " = male," 2 " = female)(r=0.395,0.387,0.383,P<0.05).4.The clinical symptoms of PTSD were negatively correlated with positive coping(r=-0.365?-0.389?-0.331,P<0.05).5.The clinical symptoms of PTSD were negatively correlated with social support scores(r=-0.316?-0.339?-0.269,P<0.05).6.The clinical symptoms of PTSD were negatively correlated with the score of the inward and outward dimensions score(r=-0.283?-0.349?-0.325,P<0.05).7.The clinical symptoms of PTSD were positively correlated with neuroticism dimension score(r=0.285?0.285?0.323,P<0.05).8.There was no significant correlation between the clinical symptoms of PTSD and age,education level,trauma history,family and friends casualties,negative coping,and mental quality,and the differences were not statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:1.Narrative therapy can effectively improve the anxiety,depression and memory damage of the people exposed to the traumatic events of the car accident,and has certain effect on preventing the exposed people from developing PTSD.2.The effect of narrative therapy on the prevention and treatment of PTSD symptoms is related to the coping style,social support,neuroticism,introversion and introversion of traumatized people.
