Objective:To retrospectively analyze the relevant data of patients with pulmonary disease complicated by atrial fibrillation?AF?,the characteristics of related indicators including inflammatory indicators, blood gas analysis, cardiac function and structural related indicators, homocysteine and D-dimer were determined.By analyzing the above-mentioned indicators, the status of AF recover and the effects of these indicators on the reversion of AF,so as to we can improve the understanding of pulmonary disease complicated by AF.Methods:One hundred and three patients with new-onset atrial fibrillation due to pulmonary disease who were admitted to the affiliated hospital of Hebei University of Engineering during January 2017 to January 2020 were selected as the case group,and103 patients with pulmonary disease but not complicated by AF were selected as control group.By analyzing the above-mentioned patients, the characteristics of related indicators including serum amyloid A?SAA?,C-reactive protein?CRP?,procalcitonin?PCT?,arterial blood oxygen pressure?PaO2?,arterial blood carbon dioxide pressure?PaCO2?,left atrial diameter?LAD?,left ventricular ejection fraction?LVEF?,B-type natriuretic peptide?BNP?,homocysteine?Hcy?and D-dimer?D-D?were analyzed, the status of AF recover and the effects of the above-mentioned indicators on the treatment of AF recovery with amiodarone.Results:1.SAA,CRP,PCT,LAD and BNP in patients with community acquired pneumonia complicated by AF were significantly higher than those without AF?P<0.05?;on the other hand, other indicators of AF patients including PaO2,PaCO2,LVEF,Hcy and D-D were similar to the level of control group?P>0.05?.2.SAA,PCT,PaCO2,LAD,Hcy and BNP in the patients with COPD complicated by AF were significantly higher than COPD patients without AF,and PaO2 and LVEF were significantly lower?P<0.05?.In contrast,CRP and D-D showed no significant difference among two groups of patients?P>0.05?.3.SAA,CRP,PCT,PaCO2,LVEF,and Hcy in patients with lung malignant tumor complicated with AF were not significantly different from those without AF?P>0.05?,while LAD,BNP,and D-D were significantly higher than those without AF;PaO2 was significantly lower?P<0.05?.4.103 patients with pulmonary disease complicated by AF were treated with amiodarone,87 patients showed effective conversion, while on other 16 patients, amiodarone were ineffective.Among these two groups of patients,SAA,CRP,PCT,PaCO2,LAD,BNP,Hcy and D-D of amiodarone-effective group were significantly lower than the ineffective group;PaO2,LVEF were significantly higher than the ineffective group?P<0.05?.Conclusions:1.The higher the SAA,CRP,PCT,PaCO2,D-D,Hcy,LAD,BNP,and the lower PaO2 and LVEF in lung diseases, the more likely it is to cause atrial fibrillation. In addition, the above indicators also show variation in patients with different pulmonary diseases.2.The levels of SAA,CRP,PCT,PaCO2,PaO2,Hcy,LAD,LVEF,BNP,and D-D have certain effects on the recovery of pulmonary disease complicated by AF.3.Pulmonary diseases complicated by AF can be largely recovered by active treatment of primary lung disease and application of antiarrhythmic drugs.
