Objective:By detecting the expression of p57KIP2,p53,C-erbB-2 proteins in Endometrioid carcinoma?EC?tissues and normal endometrium tissues,the relationship between the three proteins and the occurrence and development of EC was discussed.Judging the biological behavior of EC patients provides a certain clinical reference value.Methods:Selecting 100 saved EC tissues as the experimental group,and 60 normal endometrium?hyperplasia and secretion of 30 cases each?as the control group,by the method of Envision,detection of p57KIP2,p53,and C-erbB-2 proteins expressed in EC tissues and normal endometrial tissues,and the correlation analysis of the three proteins in the different clinicopathological characteristics of EC tissues?histological grade,clinical stage,depth of muscular invasion,age,and presence or absence of lymph node metastasis?.Results:1.Expression of p57KIP2,p53 and C-erbB-2 proteins in EC tissues and hyperplastic tissues and secretory tissues:The positive expression rate of p57KIP2protein in EC tissues?30%?is lower than that in secretory tissues?93.3%?,and higher than that in hyperplastic tissues?3.3%?.Compared with the positive expression rate in the hyperplasia,secretion and EC,the three groups were statistically significant?P<0.05?,and there were statistically significant comparisons between the hyperplasia and secretion,hyperplasia and EC,and secretion and EC tissue?P?0.017?.The positive expression rate of p53 protein in EC tissues?59%?is the highest,which is not expressed in the secretory tissues,and the positive expression rate in hyperplasia tissues is 3.3%;The positive expression rate of C-erbB-2 protein in EC tissues was the highest?50%?,the positive expression rate in hyperplasia tissues was 6.7%,and the positive expression rate in secretory tissues?3.3%?was the lowest;The positive expression rates of p53 protein and C-erbB-2 protein in the hyperplasia,secretion and EC tissues were statistically significant in overall comparison?P<0.05?.The pairwise comparison was statistically significant only between EC and hyperplasia,EC and secretory expression?P?0.017?.2.The expression of p57KIP2,p53 and C-erbB-2 protein in EC tissues and their relationship with clinicopathological features:In EC tissues,with the increase of histological grade,the positive expression rate of p57KIP2protein showed a decreasing trend?the highest expression in histological grade?,the lowest expression in histological grade??.the overall difference was statistically significant?P<0.05?.In pairwise comparison,The comparisons were statistically significant between grade?and grade?,grade?and grade??P?0.017?.The p53 and C-erbB-2proteins showed an increasing trend with the increase of histological grade?the lowest expression in protein between grade?and grade?,grade?and grade?were significant?P?0.017?.As the cancer tissue infiltrates from the superficial muscle layer to the deep muscle layer,the positive expression rate of p57KIP2protein is gradually reduced,and the positive expression rates of p53 and C-erbB-2 protein are gradually increased?P<0.05?.As the patient's surgical pathological stage progressed from early to late,the positive expression rate of p57KIP2protein is gradually reduced,and the positive expression rate of C-erbB-2 protein are gradually increased.The positive expression rates of both were statistically significant?P<0.05?,There was no correlation between p53 and surgical pathological stage.The positive expression rates of the three were not related to pelvic lymph node metastasis and patient age?P>0.05?.3.Relationship between p57KIP2,p53 and C-erbB-2 protein expression:There was a positive correlation between p53 protein and C-erbB-2 protein expression in EC tissues?P<0.05?.There was no correlation between p57KIP2IP2 and p53,p57KIP2IP2 and C-erbB-2 protein expression.?P>0.05?.Conclusion:1.In EC tissues,p57KIP2,p53 and C-erbB-2 protein may be related to the occurrence and development of EC.The imbalance of cell cycle regulation involving p57KIP2protein may be related to the periodic regulation of female hormones.2.In EC tissues,with the increase of histological grade,surgical pathological stage,and the depth of muscle infiltration,the expression of p57KIP2protein is gradually reduced,and the expression of C-erbB-2 protein is gradually increased.The expression of p53protein is gradually increased,with the increase of histological grade,and the depth of muscle infiltration.The low expression of p57KIP2protein and the high expression of p53and C-erbB-2 protein may indicate a worse prognosis in EC patients.3.There is a positive correlation between p53 protein and C-erbB-2 protein expression in EC tissues.4.The joint detection of the expressions of p57KIP2,p53 and C-erbB-2 protein in the tumor tissue of EC patients has a positive guiding significance for guiding clinical evaluation of patients'biological behavior.
